Great Trampoline!
We have had ours up for about 2 months more. Our daughters (7 and 10) absolutley love this trampoline! They use it EVERY DAY. It is so much nicer than the cheaper ones I have seen in local stores. We opted for this one because of the MUCH higher weight capacity. The whole family can jump together. It really wasn't that hard to put together. Came in quickly, and took me about 4 hours by myself taking breaks because IT WAS HOT OUTSIDE! LOL. It came with everything I needed. The included spring puller worked just fine and wasn't too flimsy. The longest part as others have mentioned was sewing the net to the mat. Take your time on this part and don't pull the cord too fast, or you can burn a hole in the spring cushion. Also, be careful on the top of the net. There are 2 different lengths that need to be alternated to work correctly. If you don't, it will be weirdly lopsidedsend have the potential to break easily as I am assuming some people here might have done looking at some some of the negative reviews.I don't have anything negative to say about it other than at this price point, they really should have included the ladder as well.Hopefully my kids will be enjoyingit for years to come.

Net Enclosure is VERY Cheaply Made
I had my trampoline professionally installed and have been fixing it every night after my elementary age kids use it. DO NOT BUY this trampoline if you plan on touching the net. My installer provided by the company told me this model is intended for adults. The poles are very lose, the caps do not connect to the poles, and the plastic wraps around the pads are very thin and rip easy. It's been four weeks of jumping and this looks like a total eyesore. The picture attached shows the result of the netting after one jump with two elementary age kids. Customer service is way overwhelmed and will take days to respond to voice messages or email.

Loving this high quality trampoline
I read tons of reviews before deciding to buy this particular trampoline and here is my experience so far:- The boxes did arrive a little beat up, but the pieces inside were in perfect shape, no damage, no missing pieces.- The trampoline part was SO easy to set up. It took myself and my kids less than an hour. There are no screws, it all just fits together. The spring pulling tool that's included makes installing the springs go quickly, the first ones are a tougher to pull, but it gets easier as you get it stretched out.- The enclosure is more time consuming to put up. The directions aren't fantastic, but it's easy enough to figure out. The worst part is tightening the tiny nuts, and there are 40 of them! The little wrench they give you is the correct tool, but it slides off the nuts and is the worst part of the set up.- I watched other brands set up on youtube and I was excited that the padding on the poles comes already on the poles.- I chose this trampoline mostly because of it's 800 lbs. weight allowance, I wanted myself and my 3 teenage kids to be able to jump on it together. I also want it to last 10 years and this seems like it will. We've had this trampoline for 3 weeks now and it's amazing. You can feel the high quality.I plan to leave it up all winter (we have harsh winters) since the company promotes that you can. I'll update my review once we've had it for a year, but I anticipate it'll be fine!

You may want to go with the $300 trampoline
I decided to go with this trampoline based off of the good reviews. I was attracted to the enclosure appearing stable. The product arrived on time. The delivery company was a little annoying suggesting that I could come pick it up in San Leandro from where I work in San Francisco due to the fact I was having trouble making sure I could have somebody home to sign for the delivery at my home in Santa Rosa. They would only deliver 5 days a week between 1 pm and 5 pm.The trampoline portion assembled easily and quickly. The enclosure was a nightmare. The directions were contained no no words, just pictures. There seems to be a measurement issue that is not pointed out in the directions. The poles line up with the legs of the trampoline which are not evenly spaced apart. the connections above are all the same length causing a lot of forcing and bending to get things to fit together. Pushing and pulling, twisting and cursing. I have a feeling I have to take it entirely apart and try it again, all because the directions are almost useless. This has caused it to tear the fabric at the top of the enclosure on day one. The hardware at the top of the enclosure has me worried. Worried that it is a one shot system, losing integrity if it is taken apart and reassembled. The little plastic parts strip out easily.Over all I'm disappointed with the amount of money I spent on this item, and having it arrive with lousy instructions. I am a Union Carpenter of 17 years and have a fair amount of experience putting things together, and can honestly tell you that you'll be lucky not to tear the trampoline to shreds while putting the enclosure together.

Super hard to assemble safety net
The steal rods around the top of the net are next to impossible to install and the sewing of the net to the trampoline is a long process. Two of the steal bars have already snapped had the thing for less then two months when they broke.

We love it. Make sure you put the netting on ...
We love it. Make sure you put the netting on the inside of the poles.... we definitely struggled until we (finally) looked at the pictures. :) Turns out reading is fundamental, and so ARE PICTURES!
