Lots of Advice
How many check lists do you want to create? Good for helping make complex decisions.

Great tool
This book covers it all from downsizing, moving away or even going in a care facility. I didn't have to read very much to know what is best for us. I recommend it if you are trying to decide on an age related move.

Very basic information.
This book might be a good starting point for seniors who haven't thought about the fact that they are getting older, but most of the information is simply common sense. There is a lot of feel-good filler material about couples who found the perfect situation. (Death of a spouse seems to be a rare occurrence in the universe that the authors inhabit.)There's not a lot of practical advice on how to resolve challenges, like "How do I find a neighborhood where people of my ethnic group will feel truly welcome?" or " How can I be sure this nursing home will be conscientious about not putting gluten (or meat, etc) in my dinner?"If you are an upper middle class, financially comfortable, white senior who is just starting to realize that you need to think about the future, this book will help you focus. If you have thought about what you want your future to look like, save your money and spend it on lunch after you go and look at some of your options.

A really good resource
This book takes you through everything you can imagine....or perhaps you didn't imagine or consider it would be an issue. The writers offer pros and cons on all sorts of scenarios. Very well written. Only issue I have is the type is too small!

Excellent resource book
Although written simply, it conveys a world of knowledge to the average Senior. The resource listing are worth the price of the book.

Small print is a big turn off.
Just received this book and am more than hesitant to read it because of the oddly small print size for a reading audience made up of primarily retirement or nearing-retirement age (see cover of older couple, and notice AARP logo). Will update this review if / when have read it. Wish it would be made available in large print, or in Audible if the content is viable for Audible.
