I met Mother Tara in my dreams in 2023. I had no idea who she was so I look for resources and this book has helped me a lot in getting to know Mother Tara and her wisdom and teachings. I have been practicing the meditation written for more than a year now and my Tara within feels empowered everytime. Thank you 💜

I'm new to the concept of Tara and I find the book interesting and a good book to understand the different forms of Tara and the mantras included.

This book is extremely helpful in understanding the wholeness in Tara practice and helps with understanding Individuation as well. I will be using this book for a long time, at least until I am able to completely assimilate all that it encompasses! Very grateful that this book exists

Although I am American, I became a Buddhist in Bhutan, which is sadly skipped in the Amazon introduction, as Bhutan lies between India and occupied Tibet. After Tibet was occupied by communist China, many of the Buddhist Tibetans escaped to India, including their leader in exile, the beloved Dalai Lama. Those who stayed behind have suffered greatly.Bhutan is Buddhist Kingdom. The government is a constitutional democracy. The leader of the Vajrayana school of Buddhism is known as the Je Khempo. Unlike in the US, Buddhism is taught with children's regular studies. Some male children begin their training as monks as early as eight. While adult Americans may find the idea of Green Tara new and exciting, various paintings of her visage are something kids have seen at home and in temple since they can remember. I have her image hanging in my bedroom. The mantra for her is "om tare tu tare tu re soha," chanted 108 times while working your fingers around the mala beads. It means "I prostrate myself to the Liberator, Mother of all the Victorious Ones." She will keep your mind positive and protect you from the sufferings of samsara. I am not here to give you a lecture on the religious side of Buddhism. I am asking all to be aware that Buddhism can be a deeply held faith. Thanks

I purchased the hard copy of this book after listening to Audible. The amount of detail and summarization went over and above for someone who just wanted to learn about the Female Buddha. I felt inspired, motivated, and transformed to follow the Tara practices. I have Dr. Rachael Wooten to thank for her well-articulated and well-written depicture of the Female Buddha, Tara, in this book. Thank you.
