Buyer beware, not genuine Surefire quality!!!
This is an obvious fake once it’s in your hands. Compared to the original Surefire cap, this cap in made of thinner material and color anodizing does not match. The cap also does not care on flush like original and carried no Surefire.com branding like the original. The internal switch components like the contact and spring are not even close to genuine Surefire and neither is the knurling. Does the cap work? Yes... but is it worth paying full Surefire price for a Chinese airsoft knockoff? Not in my opinion. I waited two weeks for it to arrive because of this covid-19 crap only to discover I got ripped off. I contacted the seller and they were denying my claims so I took pics so you guys can judge for yourselves.

Not capable of handling the out-put of the newer Surefire Scout Weaponlights
I am very disappointed. When using the remote switch, my Dual Fuel SureFire Scout Weaponlights is dimmer by a great deal over using the clicky tail cap. I thought the remote switch was broken, until I found out that the remote switch is not capable of delivering full power to the SureFire Series Scout Weaponlights. There are now several youtube videos explaining this. I am very disappointed.

Pressure Switch Highly Recommended for Light Setup
So my old light setup was just a push button activation on the tail cap of a cheap flashlight. I then took a rifle course, with night time shooting, and there were many times that after a course of fire or when doing reloads, me and many other students still had their light on. Instructors would say that we're just giving away our position and highly recommend to get pressure switches. Fortunately, my cheap light broke so I ended up buying a Surefire M600IB Scout Light and a Surefire Dual Remote Pressure Switch. I like how the switch is designed to be installed on a rail but I have to secure it with a tie-wrap.A month later, I attended another rifle course, with night time shooting, and I was quick to activate the light when shooting and turning it off when I was done shooting or when reloading. There is less movement, and less thinking, about pressing down on the switch than moving your thumb forward when activating/deactivating a tail cap switch. So if you're going to mount a flashlight to your rifle, then I highly recommend getting a remote switch, especially a Surefire brand for your Surefire flashlight.

DS00 not compatible with M300c
I purchased the DS00 tape switch tailcap to replace the standard z68 click style for my Surefire M300c after reading on manufacturers manual that it will fit all M300 and m600 series. IT WILL NOT FIT a M300c mini scout light. I tried and tried again different approach to fit the two together to no avail. I looked in the internet for help too which is not helpful at all. I ended returning this item to Amazon. This will save uuu allThe trouble. The DS00 and SR07 looks solid though. I do believe they will be an awesome tool. But, there’s should be a mentioned of compatibility issues specially with m300c for buyers to be aware of prior to purchasing online.

Best switch to date, upgrade immediately
Well, I've been really considering this switch for over a year. Surefire really knocked it out of the park. The cable itself is very well made and durable, yet flexible for routing. The pressure switch does leave alittle to be desired as you have to press directly in the center of the momentary on which is about the only con. It is low profile and slick and tight to the rail, it snaps on and holds on tight to the rail. The actual plug snaps in securely yet releases easily. Something I have had a problem in the past and actually damaged a few cables. I truly believe this is 100% worth the extra money. The female tail cap portion is light, yet also durable. Made of quality aluminum. I'm very impressed by its quality, the battery spring is stiff and made well. Not that these items will not marry to a fake surefire I have one and tried it out for fun it doesnt work. This is the best pressure witch design and you should upgrade immediately.

Pricey but definitely a quality add on to your weapon-light.
First off, I ordered from Amazon and got exactly what was pictured. With that being said, the combo is a little pricey but this is Surefire we're talking, a brand with a good rep for performance, reliability and overall ruggedness. Definitely worth the price, pressure pad does not feel flimsy and takes a good push to activate your light. Also the constant on button is great as well. Good audible click, also pretty stiff to mash so if you need to use it press the button with a "sense of purpose." So far the tabs on the tape switch assembly help keep the assembly mounted rock solid so far but I will still probably add a zip tie or two to lock her down. Also need to zip tie the cable. The one thing I like best is it is not bulky looking.

Doesn't work; lights flicker constantly with this product
Whether using the constant on button or the panel for intermittent lighting, neither works with my Surefire Scout Light. The light works fine with its own endcap, but replacing that with this product for use on my AR picatinny rail doesn't work. It fits on the rail just fine but the lights flicker and nothing I do changed that. I removed and put it back on many times, tightened it, loosened it, and it flickers all the time. How hard is it to make something like this? And the price is outrageous.

Its good but flickers
Its a Surefire so it is the industry’s standard but when I press the ‘constant on’ button the light flashes full bright for a second then settles to what seems like a lower output (idk if thats the light head or the switch, I did just order a new light head so we’ll see). Also if I wiggle the wire in the cap the light flickers a bit. Not to happy about that considering the money this thing cost, also not sure if its the pressure switch plug or the cap itself so beware. I think Surefire quality has gone down a bit over the years but I guess the switch still does what I need

Great product!
My favourite setup is a pressure switch on a SF M600DF. I have multiples of these and they are the best on the market in my opinion!

Works as expected.
Works great as promised, and nice that buying from Amazon apparently shipped from the US didn't add insane markup as often happens with Surefire stuff.
