Can you use bluetooth to connect and play back through a smart tv?

The only way you might be able to achieve that would be using the wired Auxiliary lead from the player through the earphone plug then into a relevant adaptor on the tv? The Bluetooth on the player is only to sync to a phone/mp3. I have set up a Bluetooth speaker to enhance the sound using the Jack lead through the earphone connector. Hope this helps?
