Dromida Vista Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Quadcopter Ready-to-Fly (RTF) Drone with Radio System, Batteries and USB Charger (Red)

Currently I own about 30 quads ranging in price from $20 to over a thousand. I bought this last week because since I got in the hobby the name keeps popping up. I read reviews and ordered it. I read a lot of negative reviews on the product but I also watched YouTube. I absolutely love mine and it has so many adjustments that I don't have on any of my other quads as far as speed settings and so many more. It is extremely maneuverable and respond instantly and will turn on a dime. My first flight I followed the directions and what YouTube told me to do and made the first flight and easy one and then blew out the motors to get any debris out from breaking them in. I calibrated it like the directions said to do and set the trim adjustments like it told me to do and I could not ask for a better flying sport quadcopter than this one. on expert mode this thing can be scary! all of the parts are readily available to replace or upgrade. you can buy Performance Motors that last much longer and all of the replacement parts are dirt cheap. this thing is actually very sharp-looking and built to survive some serious impacts. yesterday I flew it full speed into a pine tree and it was really moving and all I did was bend a prop. the throttle on the radio is set at the factory for low rate but you can actually change it so that you have so much more throttle. there's several good YouTube's on that subject. so when reading the reviews on this do not believe all of them so far I have had no issues and absolutely love it!

Dromida Vista drone review. These drones are the best bang for your buck! Have owned one prior to this. I have had this drone over 300 feet up and so far away you almost lose sight of it. No radio interference with radio signals! FLY BY WIRE, line of sight, Most exhilarating feeling you will ever have! Buy one, go slowly and increase your skill level with four levels of flight control! Want to go even faster? Buy the upgrade motors, 50% more power! You will need to buy the extended length motor covers/mounts ($7.00) This drone is scary fast out of the box so learn to fly before you upgrade the motors. Replacement parts are readily available here on Amazon or your local hobby store. WARNING! There are no blade covers/protectors on this drone... YOU WILL lose a fingernail or get some cut fingers if you are not carefull. I would not recommend this for ANY CHILDREN under 14! I am 52 and i myself have had a few DUH moments! With that said BUY IT, FLY IT AND HAVE SOME FUN! Life is too short....be a kid again!

Was great right out of the box, but then the trouble started. Motor failed while flying. Returning for a new unit. Hopefully it was just a fluke. Otherwise great flyer for first battery charge. Amazon's amazing service helped to bump my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Would gladly recommend Amazon for all your shopping needs.

Great little quad. First time I flew it at night I lost orientation, it went behind my house, and before I knew it it ended up stuck at the top of a 50' tree.I carefully tried to dislodge it with bursts of throttle but figured I was burning out the motors one by one so gave up.It blew down with wind overnight into grass without a scratch on it. No damage. Even the motors were fine!It really is near indestructible.

this quad flew great for one week, then started to act erratic. Customer service was great and sent me a new control circuit board which I installed myself. That board flew fine for TWO minutes then I couldn't control the quad at all. The calibration procedure didn't help. Another call to customer service. They were great and sent me a whole new quad. The second one flew fine for four flights, then like the first one, became uncontrollable. I,ve tried the calibration procedure numerous times...no help. This is a great flying quad.. WHEN IT FLIES. Unfortunately, there are quality issues with the Vista. Spend your money on something else.

This thing really can take a beating and still get up and go. I must have crashed it fifty times before I finally got it bound up in a tree and bent a shaft. Ordered a new one and I'm still going. All that crashing and still haven't had to change out props yet. I'm very satisfied with this as my first quadcopter.

A good inexpensive drone. Takes some practice to fly under control. Don't expect it to hover in one position for a long period time without small control inputs.
