It's a good, simple spinning bike for the home. I use it as part of a fitness plan.Note the digital display has the titles in chinese. Only downside.

It feels quite solid and well made which was a pleasant surprise. The family use it which is great - what would make it really great is to make the pedal resistance higher so you can have a workout similar to a gym bike - but all in all pretty good.

Poor quality and instruction is all in Chinese. Lost a lot of money as this bike turned out not suitable for me thee pysio said with my hip condition it would do more harm than good. Supplier did not want me to return it , they suggested I sell it. It would have cost a lot of money to send this back to China . They gave me £90 back and it had cost me with delivery about £215 .00 so not happy

I do not like that every word on the bike and on the assembly instructions are in Chinese
