I purchased the dark grey weighted blanket a week ago. Shipping was free 2 days. I use it 24:7 having the weight distributed is key !! I have one that is not and I can’t lift it up onto my bed. I bought this one to put in my summer Duvet because it is 100% cotton and can breathe. I love it. Absolutely best money I spent. I paid $200 for the one that is not weight distrusted. I’m not using it because it’s miserable without the square pockets of beads. This is soft and durable. Cotton. Easy to clean. Give this as gift for Christmas! I am… it feels like you are being hugged. Helps blood circulation. I slept last night 8 hours without moving. Must buy

I waited a few months before leaving a review to be sure it was a good product. This blanket is everything! It's so comforting! You put it on and instantly relax and feel calm. It just feels like a hug. Or you can bundle it up more and just cover a targeted area of your body or prop yourself up on it at your back while laying on your side, and it's very soothing. I have troubles with insomnia but I sleep better with this blanket. If you are hot, the blanket feels cool on your skin, and stays cool. If you are cold, it will keep you very warm if you get under a regular blanket/quilt and put the weighted blanket on top. The weight is distributed evenly through the whole blanket. So again bunch it up to target a specific area of your body or for back support, or wear it evenly across your body for even weight on the whole body.

I picked the perfect weight forme. I'm 6' and 175 pounds, and this blanket isn't too heavy or hot. The weights are distributed evenly and sewn into their own separate small pockets so the sand ( or whatever is in it) doesn't all bunch up in one one spot! I have used others that it did movie all over and they weren't comfortable or doing the job properly. All in all an excellent purchase. Side note....the construction is excellent, sewing is good, and the outsed is soft very soft. I can use it with itself and only a sheet....very comfy.

This blanket is amazing. I've never slept better in my life. I was a bit skeptical at first and didn't have high hopes, but damn was I wrong. I am finding myself getting to sleep much quicker, and staying asleep throughout the night. In what is essentially unheard of I'm also awaking in the same position I feel asleep in. The only downside is sore arms from not rotating throughout the night, this is never permanent and goes away within 10-15 minutes of waking up.This is machine washable, though, I'd recommend using the delicate/lowest setting available and then letting air dry, I'm less worried about the blanket getting damaged but more so my washer/dryer..I am deducting one star because the blanket is not "King Sized", even though the listing says it is. They even include a flyer in the package explaining why it's smaller than a king sized blanket..not sure why they don't just say so in the ad, or you know just make a King Sized one. Either way, not the end of the world just pay attention to the size you get.

Okay so I have high-functioning autism and pretty bad anxiety, and both of those teamed together make it pretty hard to sleep. I heard that weighted blankets can help with that, so I thought I'd buy one. Holy s*** y'all, I've only had this thing for a few days, and I'm still getting used to the weight of it, but let me tell you I slept like the dead. It's also nice to just wrap myself in whenever I feel anxious or upset. The weight distribution is pretty good, I will say I did notice it's a little heavier in some areas than in others because the glass beads like to move around like it's a bean bag, but it gets the job done. But honestly if your anxiety is keeping you up at night, if you are on the autism spectrum and want the feeling of being held without actually being held because you're like me and don't really like to be touched, if you have PTSD and/or have night terrors, I've heard this can help with that too, or even if you just have general sleeping problems due to stress or whatever, a weighted blanket might be the right choice for you. Its gonna cost quite a bit of money, and I understand if some of y'all can't afford it right away, I certainly couldn't, but honestly it's worth it.

I bought this just a couple of weeks ago for my autistic son and he adored it. He has treated it well, and suddenly the little weights are falling out! My son is BESIDE HIMSELF! Again he’s autistic and since he can’t use his blanket he can not sleep! Please help!!!Original rating below:I bought this for my 19 year old who is on the spectrum. He’s been wanting to try one for a few years, but he’s so picky about things. We also live in SW Florida and the heat is an issue. He loves this blanket, and swears that it helps him sleep better. Again he has an issue with the way things feel, with sensory issues he’s so picky, so he uses a fluffy blanket barrier between himself and the weighted blanket, which you’d think would be too hot but it’s not been. If you’re looking to try a weighted blanket but you’re unsure, I’d say go for it. My son swears by this one.

I love the feel of the weight, and in the winter it's very warming. That doesn't bother me in the summer because I don't use a comforter, and I direct a fan over the bed once the air conditioning goes on.I do notice the weight shifts especially near the head of the bed and the sides near the top. It must be that the sand or whatever is in there is moving to other pockets because the ones in the areas I mentioned feel empty. So I just flip it around when I change the sheets and that seems to be helping keep it even. I don't know if this would help a serious case of restless legs, but if you're just kind of twitchy sometimes, this helps to calm that.

Amazing blanket! So glad I took the leap and bought this blanket. Much cheaper then any instore blanket I’ve seen and it feels so much better. I’ve slept amazing since I bought it. The first night took some getting used to but ever since Its a must have for me at night. Well worth the money!

I love this blanket. I've wanted a weighted blanket for a long time, and I took a chance on this one, as it was pretty cheap, and I was a bit worried it might not be the best quality, but it is well made, comfortable and soft. I've been having some of the best sleeps in years since I received it. Very content with my purchase.

Wow! This has changed my sleep. It’s perfect. My sleeps are much heavier.Beware of 2 things.You’re sleep can become dependent on having a weighted blanket. So if you travel a lot think ahead about this.And 2 when it rolls off (if you roll a lot throughout the night) it feels like the heaviest thing to get back on because of how tired you are..but even with those two things. It is unreal!!!! I’m more then pleased with my purchase. I got one for my autistic niece and the only thing is it rolls off of her because she rolls around a lot at night and she can’t get it back on. But otherwise she loves it also!

Bought there 12 lb blanket for my 50 lb son and he loves it. It will help him during autistic outbursts. Super warm and soft and worth the money. I recommend a duvet cover since it is a bit pricey.

I chose Queen but did not take the measures. It does not fit accross the whole bed.I sleep alone, so it is not a big deal for me.It is very hot, you do not need an additional comforter on top of it. For these reasons, I recommend measuring the correct sizing and put it inside a duvet cover.
