returned an bought the one that did not recline. Hand held items are poorly made going to sell bed because out of room. I did not like the back tilt one because the frame bent after a few uses. Nice thing is they exchanged it for a cheaper model but did not give me any money back.

If I would have know all the trouble that I would have to go through the last few months trying to get this bed to work, I wouldn't have bought it. First, they sent the wrong bed. Second, it doesn't work. Third, the company tried to justify why the bed didn't work. Last, it's now taken 2 months and many emails for them to send me a new circuit board that came with really bad directions and had to hire an electrician to replace it. I wouldn't bother with this product nor company.

I like this bed. I am using it three times a day. I gave it three stars because:1.The brand is not written anywhere... is a Ceragem as I wanted? is a Migun??2. the buttons fall in the first try... are they only decorations?3 The manual is really bad and confusing.I believe this bed is a Migun. I did not returned it because I like the price and the bed's performance.

I just get the bed together, finally !!Your product is very good .Just one problem is the back do not lift .Can you please send me explanation ,how to get connect by the cable ?Thanks !!

They did not send me the right massage bed. It looks nothing like the picture and the reason i chose this one is because it can tilt. The one i received could not tilt and it didn't even come with instructions. Not only that, IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK!!! This is a waste.

a good quality infrared bed (migun) should be in every home along with a spectro chrome metry projector. I would rather be without a dwelling than without far- infrared. I love how the poor will spend 10,000 $ or more on a holiday but call a $4000 migun bed out of range
