Hi, I'm sorry I cannot give you an answer as to how many individual cheese curds are in a pound. That is because the size varies with each curd. Some of them are like two pieces together and then some are smaller. So we go by the weight. You would receive a pound and you can break them up into smaller pieces if you would like.
