Used this item odd and on for 10 years for bruises. muscle soreness, knee joint pain. back drain and planter fascitis. A must have.

In the past I purchased this product as a pack of four. This time I only receive one bottle. Returning the product . The value was not there for my money.

Roberton Research Laboratory arnica is the best buy, quantity and price, that I have found.Arnica gel is not a painkiller per se; rather it speeds the healing of bruises and strains, which is a pretty similar effect.It has little or no odor and doesn't stain. Unlike liniment, it can be applied immediately after an injury--the sooner the better. As a gel, it can be smoothed on gently rather than having to be rubbed in. It stings briefly on broken skin, but I have never had any ill effect from that.I have practiced martial arts for more than 25 years, and arnica is a lifesaver! I carry a tube in my gear bag, with empty prescription bottle so that I can give a dollop to someone who has gotten clobbered.

My elderly mother couldn’t live without it. Useful if you over do it. Great for preventing a bruise if applied immediately! I like it for many body parts, such as overworked knee or bunion. I put a small dab usually before going to sleep. You can get it at GNC also.

This is a repeat buy for me. I give it to people who have fallen or receive bruises easily. It works wonders on bruises. I highly recommend it.
