Very pleased on day one. Unlike my last electric, this unit allows easy pump-to-hose and hose-to-wand connections that you only need to make once and that do not leak! After that, hook up the garden hose supply and start washing. The gun stows neatly and securely in a side holster and you can leave it all connected even as you wind up the wand hose. Hose drum works well in both directions too. The electric cord storage is convenient and adequate, and the hose drum could probably handle twice the 20 feet supplied. A notch on the plug to snap onto the cord would be nice for secure stowage as it tends to dangle but all other stowage is designed well.Unit is a little top heavy so you can knock it over if you tug too hard. Unlike other models, water and electricity feed to the unit on the same side, making navigation a lot easier. Unit is light enough to carry in one hand although the wheels work fine for moving it around on cement, not so much on gravel.Pressure and flow are greatly overstated vs specs, my guess is actual values are perhaps a bit more than half the 3800 psi and 2.8 gpm claimed. The smallest "pencil" nozzle removes algae/moss from cement okay, but the wider 15, 25 and 40 degree nozzles are not up to that task although they might take algae off vinyl siding. Overall, a solid unit and fine for the price. I would give five stars if I had an idea on longevity, but since it is day one four stars is what it is for now.

The feature are good but a couple things are not. They advertise 3800 psi while the manual says "capable of producing pressure up to 2100 psi". The 3800 psi is where you would expect it to explode. Very deceiving as far as I'm concerned. As a result, the nozzle they say is low pressure for soap cleans less than a nozzle on a garden hose. Three nozzles that fan the spray would be good for clean up after an Arizona dust storm or for washing your car. When I ordered it, the price appeared to be $156.88. When I received it and wanted to look at the spec again, it was listed at $186.88 in the green color that I received but the exact same unit is $152.99 with orange plastic. Now, on the second day of use, I find that one nozzle that they call a "pencil" does clean well as long as the nozzle is closer than three feet from the surface that you are cleaning. If the surface is really dirty. the nozzle needs to be within ~18". And you probably will want to wear a paddling jacket.

Very happy with this power washer so far! the reason i did not give it a 5 star is for two reasons.1. the power washer is too light so it doesn't take much to make it tip over and it makes it hard to reel up the hose. you have to hold the washer down while using the reel2. the quick disconnect tip for the attachment is cheap and i have accidentally shot the fittings out of the end because the fitting didn't clip in all the wayBoth of these reasons are why it got a 4 tar but would still recommend for the price just know what to expect.

I was lured in by the reviews and the 3800 psi... NO WAY is this machine putting out that much pressure. Cheap steel on the wand, not brass. The hose isn't long enough to get around a small car. I've tried to contact customer service and got an address in China.... BEWARE. Do I now have to pay return shipping to china $200? I was going to by another Sun Joe which I have at our other house. I really like it, but thought more pressure would be nice. Don't believe the other reviews. They HAVE to be fake. My Sun Joe rated at 2000 PSI has more pressure than this machine, and a wonderful hose reel.I feel stupid buying something that wasn't amazon prime... Check out the pictures. No brass in the hose fittings. Those will rust in no time. The hose kinked when I was trying to coil it. No one from Bessen has returned my communications... This reviews have to be fake, or the reviewers don't know what a 3800 psi pressure washer feels like. I talked to an engineer who said minimum it would take 10 horsepower to generate that kind of pressure, maybe even 20. Most HP out of a 120 volt motor is maybe two? There is no way this little machine has 2hp. I bet its a quarter horse. Amazon is involved now since its been over two days without communication for the seller... stay tuned...

I like this pressure washer but really disappointed the soap dispenser stopped working after using only two times. The black nozzle seems fine but no soap. the way the machine is made it is hard to check the hose connection to the soap injector because the hose coming out of the machine for the soap is buried in the body and looks inaccessible unless you tear open the housing which i don't want to do. since washing the car is one of the main reasons for buying the washer this is a big black mark on this washer. It's a shame because otherwise a good purchase.

Had some hesitation ordering this item initially. Instructions & diagrams written by someone for whom English is a 2nd language, but it’s pretty intuitive. It’s lighter than I expected & the parts aren’t top quality. It’s also top-heavy. Power cord is @ 30’ long, & the pressure hose is long enough to reach the top of my 2 story house. A little disappointed in the small detergent bottle & connection....However, I am impressed by the power this small inexpensive unit is capable of. It did a great job on my vinyl siding & concrete walkway with 3 years of buildup - both look as good as new! Spent @ 4 solid hours with it going almost constantly. Unit has a power-saving feature that shuts the motor off when the trigger is not depressed, which is a BIG help.I look forward to seeing how long the unit lasts.

Do not buy this product. Used 4 total hours and 3 years later, the 5th time I went to use it, nothing happens when you turn it on.

It got the job done though I do not think it is 3800 psi as listed. It is not as strong as gas powered 2000 psi I used to have. But, I was able to clean my drive way. I hope it will hold up for a few years.
