I took it to hotpod yoga and I didn't slip on it at all during downward facing dog pose. I previously had another yoga towel and I slipped a lot more on the other towel compared to this one. The pattern on this one also looks very nice and stands out.

It’s good quality and soft. Very helpful if your mat is slippery but it sometimes slides of the mat and moves so it can be a bit annoying.

I was looking for something to help my grip, especially my hands, this towel is perfect for that, benefits as discribbed form a light sprey with water. And not that it should matter but it really is pretty to look at, brightens me up just before I start my Yoga. Also with corona virus and going to a public gym, I like that fact I can remove this and wash it.

Love it! Fits nicely over my yoga mat. Adds a bit of cushion, doesn’t move, and the color is great! Love rolling it out and doing my practice. Way better quality than I imagined. :)

This towel is so pretty , it is large enough to cover my mat, very absorbent and doesnt slip.

This is a beautiful and highly absorbant towel! The blue design reminded me of a pool of water while I was sweating it out in yoga. I washed it in my bathtub before first use; no issue with bleeding or holding together. It holds a ton of sweat (perfect for hot yoga). It isn't quite long enough to cover both corners on my yoga mat- so I just use the corners at the front of the mat and that worked fine. The same style towels cost 3x as much at the yoga studios I've been to- would gladly purchase or recommend this one. Also, the texture of the towel was good for grip purposes. I've used a beach towel in yoga before and it was a tad slippery. Finally, it rolls up nicely so I can fit it, mat, and 2 big water bottles in my yoga bag.

So glad I bought this before the summer yoga series started. With the refreshing breeze, it stayed in place as the mat tucked into corners. Slightly longer than my mat, so sometimes I found myself "ironing" out the fold, especially during balance series. It grips well once you start sweating, however you may find yourself slipping before the sweat comes in. I haven't tried spraying it before the practice starts, but it seems like a good idea. And in case you do not know: do not use fabric softener when washing it!

This towel is very absorbent and works okay for a hot yoga class as long as it is not a very active class. If you are in a full flow, it moves around too much because it is a bit big for a normal mat. I have tried washing in hot water and drying on high heat to shrink it, but it didn't shrink enough. I will continue to use it for some of my slow flow or restorative classes but it needs grips to be better.
