Centrum Energy Supplement, B-Vitamins Support Energy, with Whole Food Blend, 30 Day Supply-60 Capsules

This is a substitute for a different brand of Vitamin B gummies, usually part of my daily regimen, that are currently unavailable. I would have preferred a smaller pill but these capsules are easy to swallow. It is recommend that they be taken with food, which is different than my gummies. I have been taking them for about a week or so. No ill effects and an increased amount of energy daily.

Even though Centrum is a trusted brand, I was a bit apprehensive to try these. I was concerned the energy formulation would make me feel jittery or give me heart palpitations. Fortunately I did not experience that, just steady all-day energy. I don’t sleep well and tend to rely on an afternoon Diet Coke - these help me through my day without the need to grab an afternoon caffeine. I’m impressed with the ingredients and plan to try Centrum’s other Whole Foods blends.

Not sure if it is the placebo effect or what, but I honestly feel that the Centrum Energy Whole Food capsules have helped me keep up with my toddler. I am not saying all the sudden I have all the energy in the world, but I do admit I have been able to be more alert and active since I started taking them about 3 weeks ago. I really like that they do not give me a bad after taste like some other vitamines and they are easy to swallow, but recomended dose is two capsules. I will continue to take them as long as I feel like my body is being responsive to them.

Great product that includes a nice blend of ingredients and give a nice energy boost during the day. I take this first thing in the morning and feel the energy last until I go to sleep. There have been no side effects and my sleep has surprisingly improved at night. I don’t feel jittery and more focused. Centrum is a trusted brand name when it comes to vitamins. And this new Centrum Energy is great. Easy to swallow, no weird after taste and did not make me nauseous as some multi vitamins do. I will buy again.

This vitamin is full of the good stuff like B vitamins to help increase energy. I like that it is specific for energy support as I work two jobs, go to school and take care of my family. This helps me accomplish that all!

Taking these vitamins has given me energy. During Christmas I had Covid-19 virus. It left me so weak. Around the 3rd week I started feeling energized. I will order another bottle.
