This was my first time buying from this vendor and this wax constantly gives me holes or bumps. The wax I purchased prior from another vendor never had this issue. I am performing the same techniques that I did before with the other wax. I even tried adjusting my temperature pouring. It is hard to sell my candles to my customers with wax like this.

This wax was horrible. I been using GB 444 was for a long time from another vendor who is almost $10 high & never had any issues with my wax. My first batch of this wax, had so much air pockets & 0 hot throw. I seen in the comments someone said it could be caused by pouring while it’s too hot (never had that issue but ok) so I made sure I let it cool at the EXACT pour temperature and the same thing happened AGAIN!!! I used my heat gun to smooth out the tops but when I gave one to a friend, she said the issue was consistent throughout the candle & wasn’t a strong smell. it This wax can’t be 100% Soy. I’m so upset because I’m stuck with 10 lbs of trash wax & wasted a dozen jars. I’m going back to my other vendor. I’ll eat that $10 for the consistency.*update*Here’s what 2 customers brought back to me after the second burn. This wax was horrible!!!

I think I found the soy wax for me!I've been through a few others and they work good too, but living in a humid environment with no A.C. soy wax gets very touchy.With these Candles in the picture, they all dried perfect! I didn't have to go back to touch them up.Please don't ever run out!

The 444 soy flake wax is a dry soy wax that does not sweat and has a crisp texture. It can dry with a frost, crack, or pocket when used alone. 444 wax is used is usually something that reduces frosting. 444 wax is used for particular work and is great for blending to make pillars or 3D candles. I predominantly use this wax because it is solid in structure and does not sweat. However, it can pocket, can frost, and has cracked. To add to the solidity, I use parrafin pellets or beeswax. I make 3D candles and look for dry and solid soy waxes that do not crack or break easily. This is great for me for blending. However, I would not use it alone. If I used this on its own it is often too dry for my intentions and can crack or pocket when drying. I regularly order this and am happy with the wax and find it useful at the given time.

Not sure what the deal is with this waks (incorrectly spelled, for the pun) but it burns insanely quick but doesn't evaporate so I wouldn't recommend this stuff for candle making. I bought it for that purpose but after four tries, I'm done. I'll try a different brand.

Perfect. I made 24 candles the day I recieved the wax and had absolutely no issues.To the bad review talking about holes, that is caused by pouring the wax while it is too hot. It's not the companies fault you don't know how to properly make candles. Get a thermometer and pour at or below 135f.

I use this for my candle making, and I love it . After hearing mixed reviews about both 464 and 444 wax, I decided to risk it and buy 444. My only complaint , which was mentioned in other reviews was the sink holes . After purchasing a heat gun , and adjusting my pour temperature a bunch of times I finally got my tops perfect. Would definitely recommend this wax!
