good quality finished wood planter box kit.
Wow I was really impressed. The reviews were a little mixed so took a chance, I'm so glad I did! Shipping took a while due to SIP but the package arrived well packed with all contents well marked and accounted for.Other reviewers mentioned warping and knot holes that went all the way through. There was a little warping or bowing of a board or two however it was slight and did not interfere with assembly. There were also 2 knot holes they were less than 1 inch in diameter so there again not a problem. I will put a little wood putty in them before I waterseal. I am confident that it won't be a problem.Assembly was super easy for this 66 yr old grandma. The only tool I needed was a piece wood, I used a piece of 2×2 about 18 inches long to tap the pieces together. Took me about 20 minutes, pieces went together pretty easily and the wood had a nice smooth finish even the edges were rounded and sanded. This was a very good purchase.

Nice Garden Bed!
* I would have given it 5 stars, but the price jumped significantly from the first one I bought and the second one. Still, this was the cheapest one I could find. This bed is made out of cedar, so it's going to last a while outside, unlike other raised beds I have bought. You could also paint or stain it for additional protection, if you choose. The planks slide into place. There's nothing to keep them in place, so it will not hold up to moving. Also, the end caps sit atop a dowel. The kit included basic school glue, which will not hold up to the elements, so I didn't bother. I suppose you could screw them on or use Gorilla glue if you really wanted to.There's plenty of room in here. It took me 13 bags of soil to fill, in addition to my plants. I planted 2 rows of peas and 2 rows of radishes in one side and 12 strawberry plants in the other. As I planted early, I have had to cover the bed up on some nights. I used a clear shower curtain, cut lengthwise and it covers the full 8 feet. This bed is highly recommended! I wish the price would go back to what I originally paid when I first bought one ($69) because I would definitely be like at least 2 more!

Easy Peasy
Wow! I am a 60+ female. Easy setup, took about 16 mins. And that included moving it outside and undoing the pieces. The pieces have been packed in the order you assemble them and they are clearly marked. Instructions are brief and easy to follow. NO HARDWARE. All pieces slide together. Wooden pegs for the end caps, and wood glue all included. Used a hammer to make sure they were in tight. The only minus is that it is a little unsturdy when first assembled. After adding your soil, it is better. Make sure you assemble it and fill it where you want to place it. Would recommend.

So cheaply made the bottom fell out and destroyed by the plants. GARBAGE!!!!!
This was very poorly made and it completely fell apart. There was very little chance that it would have held together, but I trusted that Amazon would take care of it if it failed. But no they are unwilling to stand behind something they are selling. I have two different Prime accounts and yet that is not enough. This was garbage and I want my money back, but missed the return period by one day. This company used to be accountable and now they sell crap and wont reimburse if the thing falls apart. I AM LIVID!!!!! I have at least 6 photos that Amazon will not let me load on the site. All I can say is that it was easy to assemble and it will actually disassemble itself. Crap construction.

Shipping too long
Came well packed in bubble wrap. Easy to put together if you place the corner pieces over the bottom board first for the whole base, then slide the other boards down the corner pieces. Bottom board can become stuck if you try to slide it down the notch in the corner pieces instead of sliding the corner pieces down the end of the board. I also found that if you put it together in your driveway (take’s all of 15 min) then stand inside of it in the middle and lift it from the center you can easily carry entire pieces and place where you want it. I put first one together in years and found its hard to get board in on uneven soft surface. The reason it took a star away was because shipping took forever. I only got a shipped notice after I made an inquiry, and that notice had no tracking info. After my second inquiry the tracking info was attached. These arrived June 1 and were ordered April 21.

False reviews in exchange for return shipping
Save your money. It's a flimsy, poor quality product, with white craft glue sent as hardware. If you've felt that the ad was misleading or misrepresenting the product you will have to pay for return shipping. When I contacted the company they asked for a positive review in exchange for free shipping.

Affordable and sturdy
This was the most affordable planter like this on amazon. I was glad to find it came with a liner (folded over in the pic - it has a handle at each corner) and was quite sturdy. I assembled it indoors then moved it outside to stain it. Just needed a rubber mallet to assemble. Very happy with it so far.

Great First Raised Bed!
Love this raised bed! It didn’t take us too long to put together and it seems pretty sturdy. I love that it is not too wide so that I will be able to reach all the plants from with either side.
