This permanent vinyl worked really well for my crafting projects. The teal color is rich and looks great, and the vinyl was easy to cut and weed. I add this caution because this happened to me. Initially, I was totally disoriented and had ZERO experience with crafting projects or the Cricut system. In some cases, this might cause you to misjudge the difficulty of a project, which you might do unintentionally if you have not had a proper introduction to the system, and how to use it. Get thoroughly acquainted with the system, and how it works before becoming overly critical or offering negative reviews. In my experience, I also found that a lot of the "gurus" or "pros" attempting to demonstrate the products, DON'T do a good enough job introducing new users to the system, and the array of materials available to use with the machines. In the beginning, I wasted a lot of time, materials and money, because of this. Most of these hard lessons ended up not being hard at all. Some of the folks doing the presenting, just didn't do a good job introducing the system, and how it works. They assume you know stuff you don't know, and it confuses you. That's what happened to me. I won't get that far into the details. But JUST TRUST ME. Just cut the pattern/figure stencil on the smart vinyl, weed away the excess, transfer it onto the transfer tape (sold separately), press down on the object of choice, and burnish it with a scraper or credit card. Voila! Your design transfers seamlessly, and permanently, onto the object.
