I am very satisfied with this product
This is the first juicer I've ever bought, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but regardless of that I do have an opinion about what I just bought. The juice that comes out of this machine is awesome! My fiancee especially loved taking to Fiji apples and drinking a glass of apple juice unlike anything you can find on the shelf of any supermarket. It tasted like you eating an apple but you were drinking it, and that is not what store bought apple juice tastes like.I made a veggie concoction from carrots, celery, cucumber, tomato and lemon and was blown away by the flavor! I love V8, and it reminded me of that in particular, but it tasted heaps better and had zero salt (didn't need any either). V8s are loaded with salt, so it surprised me that it didn't need any while tasting better.I envisioned using it as a way to drink a healthy breakfast or lunch as a meal replacement, but I don't think it will work out like that very long. It tastes good and is filling, but it wont satisfy your hunger for that long of a period of time. What I did and will continue to do is to drink my fruits for breakfast along with my SpiruTeen shake that I always have in the morning, and have a glass of veggies before meals. It is filling enough to allow me to less for lunch and/or dinner, so I will run with that for now. BTW I need to lose about 40 lbs, so I am hoping that this will do the trick. We'll about that though. The operation is easy when juicing, but there is significant cleanup when you're done. Not difficult, just significant in that you'll have to clean every moving after you've used it. Took us about a minute or two is all. Not a big deal, but I just thought I mention it.The machine is quiet, yields a surprising about of juice (especially with apples) and takes only 5 or so minutes to do it from cutting the produce to cleanup.I would recommend to anyone who wants to juice for whatever reason, and am glad I bought this particular machine.

Not good for first juicer.
This is my 3rd juicer. Do not buy this if it's going to be your first. This is my first masticating juicer. It comes with a ton of attachments that I will probably never use. I will not use the pasta maker. I probably won't be grinding anything. Lots of parts to clean up. I juice almost daily.Pros: Juice yield is more than my previous Le Quip juicer. That juicer was easier to use and easier to clean. Fewer moving parts. The yield is the most positive I can say about it. I would have been turned off from juicing if this had been my first.Cons: Feed chute is really narrow. More cutting. It doesn't do leafy vegetables like kale easily. One reviewer suggested to do it last. I do it in the beginning and alternate celery with it otherwise it will clog. This juicer takes longer so I now do a double batch because juicing is more cumbersome. The motor seems strong enough but I've only had it a month. I have resigned myself to use it until I burn it out. I burned out the Le Quip in about 9 months. That seems too soon. I only do green juice so it isn't as though I'm constantly putting it under strain. Upgraded to masticating when it died and I haven't been impressed. Decided to give it a try rather than return it. I am still just tolerating it. Don't love it.

Great Juicer!!!
I've had and used this juicer for about a month. I juice twice a day everyday. That should give an indication of how easy this machine is to use. I juice soft pears, hard sweet potatoes, leafy spinach, carrots, apples, oranges, kiwi, even wheat grass, however I suggest when juicing wheat grass you juice it first than put something in after it because it won't juice by itself. It is easy disassemble and re-assemble, the directions/illustrations are easy to follow and it is easy to rinse and clean. I wash mine once a day and rinse the other time of the day. The brush they provide makes it easy to clean the screen. The auger part just slightly stained a day ago because of an overly colored sweet potato, but not a big deal. A little soap and water took care of most of that. It is starting to vibrate a little louder than before but not unbearably so. The only concern I have is that the warranty is only 5 years, however when I have called a couple times to ask questions they have been very helpful and attentive. I have never had to wait on hold forever and they reiterated repeatedly to let them know if I have any problems because they have a very flexible warranty program. Overall this is a great product.

Disappointing
I was excited about my purchase until I used it. It seemed like it would do quite a bit of things, but I immediately learned otherwise. I tried juicing fruits, but it barely got any juice from them. My sister let me use her much cheaper juicer and the amount of juice I got from hers, using the same type of fruit, was incredible. This product is pretty pricey considering it barely juices and other much cheaper products out perform it by far. A juicer that was less than 1/3 the price of this one out performed this juicer. I am happy to be getting rid of this and have already bought a different juicer that actually gets MUCH more juice out of the same fruits, than this one did (at least 3 times more juice). Plus this thing takes up too much space on the counter and is super heavy. I tried giving it to my sister, but she hated it too and refused it because she saw how terrible it performed for herself when I was juicing those fruits (bananas and strawberries). So I am returning it. Unfortunately I am also stuck paying the almost $20 to return this item that does not work as advertized; you expect to get juice when using a juicer. If I were to keep this I would be throwing away so much money from all the food wasted by this thing. Extremely disappointing not only in performance but also having to pay the return shipping.
