The media could not be loaded. This product is listed as stainless steel 304, but it is not. the magnets, after acceleration, should not stay on a 304 stainless steel. dynamic static friction is greater than dynamic friction (basic physics) since the magnets actually STOPED, it means that there is a small amount of contaminant.May be ok for dark water, but definatly NOT for drinking water, as commented by user here.This is terrible and this item should be remove ASAP from Amazon.Note, You have only the same day to qualify for a free return. Just don’t buy this.

Very Disappointed. The water can has great form and high qulaity manufacturing. However there are numerous part of the can that are magnetic. Meaning that there is iron in the stainless steel. In fact there is enough iron in the stainless that the manufacturer includes use and care instructions that instructs the user to not leave the can in a damp place or expose it to salt water due to the risk of corrosion. If you are unable to put water in your water can because it will corrode, what use is it? Super disappointed. I returned the can and am looking for a better quality option.

The main issues I had with the product were the same as other users: sharp edges (I cut myself despite being careful since I had read others' experience with this) and residues imparted to the water.Similar to other users, I followed the instructions to clean the inside. I even went far above and beyond the instructions to clean the inside. Nevertheless, the container imparted a toxic flavor to the water. I am not sure if it was due to the "food grade" (as advertised) oil to coat the metal and prevent corrosion, or if it was due to the dirty-looking welds being cleaned by the water. It is impossible to fully clean the inside of this product due to the single, small opening, so if you buy it, you will have to accept that. If your intention is to hold potable/drinking water, I would not recommend this. If your intention is to hold water for washing, topping off coolant, etc., I would recommend this product because it is hard to find a jerrycan made of stainless steel and it seems like it would last a long time. My only doubts are regarding the welds, which appear rather dirty. That would probably be the point of failure if it eventually leaked. I can say mine was completely air tight and water tight, though I did not really use it and had to return it because my intention was to hold drinking water. The water really did taste unfit to drink coming out of this thing.

Well made and is a great water can. No leakage. Comes with a plastic spout. A metal spout is a suggestion for the manufacturer, as it compliments the metal can in durability and material integrity. But as it stands, it’s a good product.

I purchase a year ago and the spout that was supplied is not stainless and has started to corrode. It is gross.!It is made of plastic and white metal.You pay big money to get away from plastic but you get it anyway!To make it worst the sealing gasket is built into thr spout which needs to be inside the can, in the water, or it leaks?Not great!!

A perfect option for a DIY van water system. We bought 2-40L stainless and couldn’t be happier. From all inspection they look and feel great, good quality and well priced for what they are. I modified the caps for a pass through seal and can tell you. The stainless used is very good material. Would buy again.

I was very impressed with this stainless 10 gal water can. Build-quality is first rate. Super fast shipping. Great follow-up customer service.Might get a second one for my Overlanding Rig.
