I'm addicted to it
Fits nicelyI ordered XL, but it still a tight fit for me. I am glad I did not order any smaller size. I am 6'1 ft 285 lbs, male, 32 years old, if that helps. It is tight enough that it stays in place for 1-2 hour work out. I tried to wear it all day in the office, but it becomes unbearable and it starts sliding off position. I will stick to using it only for workouts. At the gymI only bought one for my left knee. I am overweight and have been getting knee joint pains on my left knee from running on the treadmill. Wearing this during my run, I noticed I did not feel any pain during my run or after. In the past, I would feel sudden pain jolts in my knee while running and that would cause me to switch to another exercise. But with this thing, I can run on treadmill no problem. Well, I may run out of breath but at least its not knee pain that stops me.It has been at least a month since I have been wearing this. I still have knee joint pain, but at least it does not occur during my runs. For instance, I may be in the office sitting down and I would start feeling my knee joint in pain. But when I go to the gym and put on the sleeve, I do not get these pain spikes during my workout. This thing feels really good and adds a nice 'pep' or 'spring' feeling. I feel like I can do more with this on. One time I forgot to bring this to the gym and decided to run anyways. After my run, I felt my knee throbbing a bit. I definitely need to keep wearing this until my weight goes down.I am going to actually order another sleeve for my right knee. I noticed the other day while doing squats I felt pain in my right knee. My left knee was fine though with this sleeve.

Amazing Product!!! Fits tight and great.
**UPDATE 6/23/2015**I still am giving this product a FULL 5 stars, I've had this SAME pair of knee sleeves over the course of 2 years and 3 months. JUST today, the inner cloth, protecting the gel/foam surrounding the knee cap gave way, and unfortunately ripped. I DID in fact, make sure that each knee had its' own respective knee sleeve (marking LEFT/RIGHT), to prevent disfiguring, which is why this probably has lasted this long! Over the course of the two years, I have snowboarded, played basketball, and worn for normal occasions this knee sleeve at least 3-5 days a week (give or take). Although I do not recommend this for snowboarding due to its inability to repel water, these knee sleeves did help me with the reinforcement I needed for snowboarding, provided it gave a little warmth as well. I am in for another pair, Again, these knee sleeves are for general purposes, and nothing too specific... BUT IT DID ITS JOB even for snowboarding, playing basketball, jogging, etc... and it lasted for almost 2.5 years! I am sad to part ways with these knee sleeves.. it has done a lot for me, and I am very unfortunate to toss these sleeves away. That is how much respect I have for this product. =). OVERALL: I WILL BUY ANOTHER PAIR! (2.5 years of usage and finally ripped!)-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I am giving this a full 5 stars, because it is very well worth it.I have never checked out my knee's with my Doctor's, and know it would be an expensive visit because my knees are very worn out from basketball. I am a young teen, very active with my feet, and I tend to rarely bend my knees when standing upright and such. For basketball: this product is amazing, I purchased the small size, and it is a tight fit, but as I thought, overtime, it expanded perfectly to my knee width. The cushioning provides ease of movement, and there's no problem getting my knees to move freely with these knee supports. These knee supports keep my knees warm at work, during basketball, and even at home when I walk upstairs. It helps me because my knees have suffered cartilage loss through basketball training and tournaments. Throughout time, I knew I needed something for my knees. I've tried things from local convenient stores that costed around the same price, but I had no luck with it. With the Pro-Tec Athletics Gel Force Knee Sleeve, I am happily using this product with great usefulness. The product itself is very sturdy, and as others have said, it "smells" after time. I've had this product for about 6 months now, and with average wear, there's no tear, no smell, and no misfit problems. I recommend this product to anybody that has knee pain during cold winters, or even heated summers, because this product has worked for me, as opposition the knee braces and warmers I've worn from Wal-mart, Target, etc.

Controls knee patella dislocation
Why I bought them? After playing basketball and that sort of thing I was having patella dislocation. As I walk I was feeling my patella (knee cap) clicking in and out 10-12 times a day or more. So I decided to buy a knee brace just for walking and keep the patella in place. Does it work? Hell yeah it does work like a charm, however as basketball is the trigger, the stop and go moves, I decided to only play once a month. I still can run, do squats and work out without any problem, so that I did not stop exercising. Just to put it up there I do use a different knee brace for playing basketball or exercising (McDavid Neoprene Patella Knee Support With Spring Steel Stays).Sizing?I measured the circumference in the middle of my knee and bought it Medium. This size was great and keeps my patella in place, but was really tight and uncomfortable to wear all day. So I also bought a large size one. I decided that if one fit better I will keep it and return the other one. The large one fit well too and was not as tight. However when I feel the dislocation 10-12 times a day without a knee brace the medium brace does a better job keeping it at zero dislocation during the day. The Large one does work well but not down to zero dislocation, I still feel 1-2 a day from 10-12. I ended up using them for sleep when I feel the dislocation or knee pain (runner’s knee) and next day I feel great, If I still feel some dislocation I wear the large one or medium depending on how bad. However as basketball is the trigger and I stopped, so far I barely wear them at night after a gym or running workout.Do I recommend it?To keep your patella in place-YESTo play or do sport- N/A As I have not used it to play. If I ever use it for sports I will update this review.Keep an eye on the size, I will recommend to buy two sizes, try both and send back the one is not good as Amazon prime has free return. If you just want knee protection while playing or doing stuff I will recommend to buy a size up, like in my case I will use the large one for that instead of the medium. You can always keep both if you want to use one during the day (not as tight) and one at night (tight). Honestly the medium for me was really tight so it is not that comfortable to wear it all day, at night while sleeping not a problem. The large was comfortable and still tight but not as tight so I can wear it during the day. Good luck Hope this helps.

Lightweight and comfortable
Wore on about 50k worth of hiking so far over some challenging terrain. I fit dead on the mid of the recommended range and it fit perfectly: never slipped, was comfortable enough to wear all day (only tried from 8 to 25C). Minor bit of bunching near calf at times, but never annoying. It absorbs sweat but is easy to rinse clean, and so far stays smelling OK. More support than a compression sleeve and far less weight than a strap on mechanical brace, I find this perfect for hiking to help protect an knee that had an ACL tear several years ago

Calidad precio y buena reactividad

Works well for the price.
Worked well. So well I purchased another for my other knee. Good support, cuts the pain considerably. During use it Slips very slightly, but not much at all. Quick adjustment and good to go.
