I wear these on runs in sub-40-degree weather, and these work perfectly. They’re easy to take off when I start getting overheated toward the end of runs and are also very soft and comfortable.

This is the second pair of these gloves that I bought and they are without a doubt my favorite running gloves. The glove is light weight so not appropriate for very cold weather but it does a great job in temps of 45f and above. I love the cold but I have bad circulation in my hands and they are always cold so I wear these a lot. The mesh venting system is also great because it lets the glove breath so you sweat less. I have another pair of gloves that is about the same thickness but doesn't have the mesh and my hands get very sweaty.I will also note that I have even worn these gloves skiing when they temps were to high for ski gloves and they were great!As far as distance goes, I have used these on long runs (30-40 km) as well and they were very comfortable.I got the new pair because after 4-5 years the mesh started to tear a bit but I think that just shows how good the quality is that it took that long and countless washes (all machine washed) before I needed to buy a backup pair (the original pair is still fully usable).

Good fit for small hands. Warm enough but if temps drop below 30 F, it won't be warm enough

Worked best of gloves I've tried for Garmin watch and iPhone.The inner palm grip support worked well for holding strength equipment.Might need outer gloves for very cold winter outdoors.

Used for outdoor runs in Rhode Island winter and they worked well! Lightweight and very warm! Well worth your money

I have not used them yet, but the major element for me is that they are a bit thinner than I expected and I am not sure if I will keep them. For 20 bucks, maybe a bit expensive, though gloves (read nothing) is cheap these days. Mainly be aware they are quite thin. I expected to use them for running when it is not too cold anyway, but would have preferred a glove that was a bit thicker. Size about what I expected. I do not have large hands, but medium (I bought large) is usually too tight a fit. Overall a reasonable product, but a bit pricey given the amount of material. Not a major criticism though.Update: I have used them a few times for running now and I feel they provide only a minimum level of warmth. Running tends to increase ones warmth, so my hands are not cold. Temps were around 40. So, okay as I stated before, but not super effective in terms of warmth. I will say they are comfortable.Update:94/5/16) I have used the gloves over the winter with running, driving and general use. It was not a cold winter, but the gloves were quite acceptable. For myself, they were good. They were comfortable and I was able to use them a lot. I would still like a slightly thicker pair for colder, but I do have heavier gloves. I like the gloves, seem well made and I would buy them again. Bill

I use these for the mild temperatures 30-45 degrees especially for longer runs when my hands get too warm for mittens.They are light enough to breath but warm enough in the mild temperatures.The touch screen works great with these gloves. I love not having to remove them to mess with my phone.Extra note: Trail head has gloves with the storable mitten (folds into the back of the hand) that I use for temperatures below 30. I find them good for temps down to about 10 degrees. At that point I may start with hand warmers and as I get into my miles may pull the hand warmers out of my gloves

This is my second pair of these running gloves. I use them just about every day when the weather is too cold for bare hands but not cold enough that heavy insulated gloves are needed. Nice light weight glove. Good fit.

Trage die Handschuhe bei Wanderungen im Herbst und Winter. Sie halten nicht besonders warm sind ja keine Winterhandschuhe, aber für den von mir gedachten Zweck reichen die Handschuhe voll aus.

Great running gloves. I’ve worn these gloves for runs up to a couple of hours at 2 degrees, and full day hikes down to around 6 degrees. They work well to keep your hands warm when you’re active, and the touchscreen contacts work really well. They do feel chill when the wind gets up on a gentle walk, though.

Good fit, nice long cuffs. Warmer / thicker than I expected but ventilation works well
