OC Orange-Casual 2-Piece Outdoor Patio Furniture Wicker Love-seat and Coffee Table Set, with Built-in Storage Bin, Grey Rattan, Grey Cushions

I have been looking for comfortable and low-profile lounge seating for my very small front porch for ages now. Before this, I had a bistro table set that is foldable which I loved and used daily for coffee/wine time. I It was also a fun place to eat ice cream in the summer and work outside at during the pandemic.However, they just weren't comfortable or ideal for chatting with friends and hanging out while my kids play out front. I love that this loveseat has storage in the coffee table for the cushions and other things like our bug deterrent and kid's chalk bucket. I also love that it nests under the loveseat. I have the chairs from our bistro set folded and tucked away behind the loveseat so they're ready to pull out when we want more seating options. Our old bistro table works well with the loveseat as well.I'm docking one star because of the cushions. My first day using this, and these cushions already have stains from my toddlers little greasy hands. I've tried to lift them but to no avail. I reached out to the company and have not received a response and they don't sell replacement cushions. This is a big bummer since this loveseat is not a traditional size.

Unable to finish assembling (original title)Holes do not line up well and two screws cannot go in at all, and some can't be tightened enough.~1-2" off.See images.After rebuilding we got it straightened out but still cannot put two screws in, and we are also missing two washers.Last two images are viewed from the back and show that the side of the back can't be affixed to the side piece. (Edit: 4 & 6 are the two photos, the order changed during upload; these two are from the second attempt to assemble and prioritizing the back being level, which causes two sets of holes to not align.)Great chair minus the structural issue.UPDATEThe company reached out to offer a refund or a replacement (very shortly following the review going live), I inquired as to whether just the mis-made part could be sent out; they were unable to so I opted for a refund. I am waiting for the company to initiate.Concluding UpdateA full refund has been completed, which is incredibly kind of the company to do. We felt accepting a full replacement would be wasteful and unnecessary because the chair is functional, just not nearly a strong and solid as it should be. The refund is accepted graciously and with the intent to put it towards a future purchase with OC Orange. The response and action went above and beyond and is really appreciated.Initially a 1 star rating due to a manufacturing oversight and quality control issue, I am updating to 4 mainly for customer service, but also because the chair is actually really nice. We do lean back carefully on the unattached side and will limit the weight further than what it is rated for out of caution to make the chair last longer.

After looking at tons of different loveseats for my balcony, I decided on this one and I am so glad I did. The product itself is remarkably comfortable and I love having storage in the ottoman. The cushion for the ottoman is easily removable so you can use it as a coffee table.I had to reach out to customer service because one of the washers was a little too small to fit its intended screw. I reached out to customer service and was amazed at the level of support the gave me. It was the best customer service I have experienced on Amazon to date!

I just love this little loveseat that is so compact it fits perfectly on my odd-sized balcony. It's super comfortable with water-resistant pillows that are a great help when living at the beach. I love that the ottoman can be a table, a foot rest and then slide right under the loveseat for easy storing when the weather turns wet. Pillows fit right in there as well. The color is described on Amazon as navy blue but its really more of a French blue gray which I prefer more. Just so grateful to have this wonderful, versatile piece.

This is very well made and very pretty. It's really comfortable for 5 foot me and 6'3" hubby. I put it together with ease. I really like the nifty tool they include to tighten the screws at the end of putting it together. They warn you to NOT completely tighten until it's all put together. Follow the directions and it's a breeze! It doesn't take up much room, yet it couldn't be more comfortable.

I love this couch as it fits perfectly on my apartment balcony. My boyfriend set it up for me but it took him about a half hour. The cushions are pretty comfortable but I added another pillow and often bring a blanket out to lounge in the morning or evening. The added storage in the ottoman is also great for things I use regularly on my patio like watering can, bird seed, and potting soil. The cushions also dry quickly when it rains and are easy to clean.

The color is right on. The directions to put together are very good. Make sure you follow the directions as written. Don't get ahead of yourself. Hubby and I put together in a little over an hour.This gives me 2 extra seating capacity on my porch. Not sure yet about the sturdiness of it. Will find out after a bit of use.I will try to find a more comfortable seat cushions for added comfort.Looks wonderful. I will get a photo later.

I love this product. It’s perfect for a small patio and it can seat up to four people. You can use the storage chest for more seating. It is sturdy and comfortable, add some throw pillow for just a touch more comfort.
