With everything going on during this time, I needed to know that the supplements I was taking and telling my closest people to take as well, were of the best possible quality. Previously, I was taking Ascorbic Acid for my Vitamin C needs. But after looking into ascorbic acid and vitamin c in general, I realized there are other forms of vitamin c that are safer and probably easier for your body to absorb. Liposomal Vitamin C is one such example! However, I quickly saw the price difference between ascorbic acid and liposomal and almost didn't buy ANY of it... until I found this product! It was priced perfectly for the amount in the bottle. It works out to only be $0.25 per capsule, which is DEFINITELY affordable when you consider how important high quality vitamin C supplementation is NOW MORE THAN EVER! Not only that, I love that this is 1200mg per capsule, which is 200mg MORE than the previous ascorbic acid supplement I had been using. This means I'm actually getting a higher dose than I was used to, which is a good thing. Personally, I take 2-3 of these capsules per day and my body has responded just fine. I think this is the perfect mix of high quality ingredients and value by Sundhed Natural and would recommend to ALL my family and friends :)

Although this capsule is medium sized, it is easy to swallow and has no after taste. I have taken vitamin c for years. This does seem as effective. I haven't noticed a major difference between the Sundhed Natural Pure Liposomal Vitamin C and others I have taken. This may change with time. I will update the review as appropriate.

This is the only vitamin c I will order. I take 4000 mg a day.

I bought this to boost immunity because it is Liposomal which is apparently the best way to take Vitamin C. I don't have any bad issues with it and I do feel great. Am wondering if it will make a difference in my skin soon too. I researched the company and they say that each product is subjected to numerous quality tests and assays throughout the manufacturing process to verify purity and full potency. I was surprised to read someone else writing a review saying these are not "real vitamins."
