Helps with stress
I don’t care whether it is a chemical effect or placebo, this stuff really seems to help! I sometimes add tart cherry juice to sweeten it and add antioxidants without it being too sweet, and it’s delicious! Very floral in scent, but not as floral in flavor.

Republic of Tea quality
Republic of Tea provides consistent quality. I have been trying different teas for insomnia, this is better than some of the more expensive teas. It does have a strong scent of rose, so you had better like that. I don't prefer it but I can drink it.
