Great for a single cup of tea, not a whole pot
Individually wrapped tea bags are great when you want a single cup of tea. I'm sure they help keep the tea fresh. But I'm using 8 bags at a time to make 2 quarts of cold brew ice tea and even though this tea has a nice flavor, the bags are small and they're a hassle to open and then have to remove tags. I end up leaving the string on them. I have found other brands with no string or tags that are just easier for my purposes. But otherwise, I appreciated the large box of decaf bags!

I’m not a fully committed tea drinker, but this is the best tea I ever tried.

From an Australian perspective this is a relatively insipid / weak tea. Unusual for English Breakfeast and certainly weaker than our local decaffinated english breakfeast (which was unavailable at the time). There was nop issue with the delivery or quality of the product - just very weak tea.
