This item has helped me enormously. Enables hot drinks to be served much more quickly and safely than repeatedly boiling a kettleThe urn holds roughly five kettles of water. Takes approx 30 minutes to reach temperature then it changes to "keep hot" mode. Perfect for what we needed, ie providing drinks for up to 10-20 guests before kickoff then at half time and full time. Urn can be topped up if running low.

We bought this for our office at work as all the kettles we buy start leaking after a few months and was also fed up keep boiling the kettle. It does take about 50 minutes to boil when full so we bought a timer so when we get to work it has already boiled (hehe) nice cup of tea first thing in morning, no nasty taste as others have suggested, would definitely recommend

Bought this water heater on the 28th june to replace a neostar one that the lid had disintegratedWhen it arrived it looked quite good and heated the water quick how ever on having it running for a month now I find that because it is only single skin tank it doesn't keep its temperature dispite it saying it's AA rating also beware because it's just a tank when operating above 40 degrees it becomes a scolding danger as my wife can testify she burnt her arm so be warnedI have since insulated the tank with a tank jacket which has improved efficiency quite a lot because it only reheats every 90 mins instead of 20mins and because I have jacket it there is very little heat on the outside of the jacket
