Titan 12030 heavy duty long handled razor scraper

This is one of my favorite tools. Very heavy duty has not bent.

I got this to remove some carmelized stuff from the interior of my oven door. Had gotten a different scraper with a short handle but the blade would not stay in place as I scraped, rather retracted if one wasn't holding the slide button. Awkward and difficult. Was making no headway so got this Titan which arrived today. It works great! I'll be sailing through this job compared to the other scraper because of the long handle, but most importantly because the blade locks in place. It's great and doing a much better job, not missing spots as I scrape since I don't have to hold the blade in place. The only downside is I wish there was a cover for the blade. Unscrewing, removing blade, flipping it, screwing, is more than I wish I had to do in order not to have an exposed blade. I'll be doing this job in stages and wish there was an easy blade cover. But - that said - it works great and so am giving it 5 stars.

I am glad I bought this. Mainly use it for vehicle registration stickers. Use to use a single razor blade, this makes it much easier now. I like how you can turn the blade around on this scrapper for storage. Nice handle too...easy to hold...

Looks to be an excellent tool. It would get a 5-star if there was a blade cover. I am sewing a tiny leather shield, but not everyone has that option. The product itself is sturdy, fits my hand easily, looks nice, and will get into spaces wider scrapers will not. Pleased to have found this. Note: Wearing gloves when using is safer.

There are tons of these scrapers, all similar in design, and they all suck compared to this one. There are small metal tabs that align with the side notches of the blades. On these titans, the metal tabs can take an absolute beating and they don't bend or break off. So many other units have failed at the tabs for me. The screw that holds the blade clip in place has a larger "thumb-screw" style head to it. A seemingly small difference, but it is huge if you're going through a lot of blades or use the tool with a lot of pressure. When I'm decaulking a tub with other brands, I *have* to have a screwdriver handy at least to loosen the screw during ever change. It's all by hand with the titan. It sounds like a small thing, but if you're using this tool a lot it adds up. Big quality of life improvement just by using a better screw. This is the scraper you want.

This scraper is so handy to have around ! Nicely made ! I’m finding it very useful gets the job of scraping done quickly and efficiently. Feels good in hand - I’m pleased I bought it.

This is a very sturdy scraping tool which uses standard razor blades. I’ll bet you could purchase industrial strength blades for this thing that would make each one last longer. Out of the packaging, you’re ready to scrape. I used it for scraping stubborn residue on concrete, but you could really use this on any surface to remove thin layers over time. WARNING: you absolutely MUST use eye protection when using this tool. I had no issues with mine, but while scraping it is possible for a little chip of razor blade to break off and fly toward your face. I did not experience this, but the potential is there when you apply a lot of force. Overall, it’s a great tool that really helps get that stubborn stuff off almost any surface.

I bought this scraper for changing the registration & inspection stickers on my family's vehicles, and I'm very satisfied with it. It's good, solid, and easy to hold. BUT...it can do some damage. When the blade is flipped around in the "armed & dangerous" position, you have to be careful with it. Treat like an expensive kitchen knife, and before you even set it down, flip the blade around into the storage position. Because it's easy to do things like accidentally gash the trim on the car. :(

This scraper is about the best you can get for removing vinyl from windows, as the handle is really beefy and gives you much more scraping power compared to about any scraper that I have ever used. It is much easier to manipulate compared with a smaller scraper. You can easy use both hands to do the job and reduces fatigue over the course of a scraping job.

Great angle and very sturdy. Very well made. A must have in any toolbox . I will need to have 2 of these around the house in case i loose one.

I have an identical tool that's about 6" long. This is 3 times the length and so much easier for my massive hand to use. Very happy with my purchase!
