Ajika (Zakuson)

I have mixed in wing sauce, used it on sandwiches, and as a seasoning for soups, and other dishes. It adds a lot of salt so use it first and taste before adding more salt. I even put it on pizza dough then sauce and toppings to spice things up a bit. I also used it to season meat for permech.

I had no way to return this product. The cap was damaged and deformed so the product was half open. I could not take a risk of eating it, so after paying $9 I had to throw it away

I love it! it is good to marinade any kind of meat for BBQ

Awesome sauce

Doesn't look like authentic Georgian Ajika. One can guess just by looking at the ingredients.
