Product arrived on time, i likes that it had a plastic seal around the cap..I began taking the Wellbeing Formula for women immediately- I chose this product because of the many different natural plants and herbs, including ashwagandha root, garlic, holy basil, etc. It also has turmeric, which I used to take separately. The capsules are easy to swallow.
