Really fun for fans, and even for people new to L&K
Love this game. I was scared it would be a lame game with the artwork slapped on, but its really fun. Had multiple friends play that weren't L&K fans and they enjoyed it too! Altogether a fun, easy game.

Simple, high replay value and great artwork.
I didn't buy this from Amazon, but thought I could give my two bits in. The game is very simple to learn and there isn't a lot of card text that isn't self explanatory. The only thing I noticed is on one key card it says "one shot" meaning that it can be used only once, but the other two key cards like it they are "reusable"meaning you can use their effects each turn. Other then that, I thoroughly enjoy this game and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a simple game and high replay value. I brought this to a game night and it has been a favorite that gets played every night since. The artwork on the cards is exceptional as well.

A fun, easy game - whether you're familiar with the graphic novel or not!
This game definitely exceeded my expectations. I love board and card games, and I'm also a fan of the graphic novel series, so I decided to buy the game just to try it out. I found it to be fairly well balanced and fun to play, even when playing with friends who are unfamiliar with the source material. It's a card-based game where all players are both collaborative and competitive; each round, every player uses the numbered cards in their hand to try to beat the number printed on the challenge card. Everyone's cards count towards the total, so you're working together to overcome the challenge. But only the person who contributed the most points wins the rewards, and at the end of the game the individual with the highest score is the winner. There's plenty of opportunities for alliances and sabotage, and fans of the series will appreciate the (mostly) spoiler-free references to the graphic novels.Pros:- Easy to learn- Easy to set up and clean up- Pretty entertaining to playCons:- Some of the specific rulings to the specialty cards aren't in the rule book so we had to make up a few "house rules"- Game comes with a cardboard cutout of Key House, but as far as we can tell it serves no purpose in the game other than decoration and seems unnecessary

Lots of fun for Locke and Key fans
Lots of fun for Locke and Key fans. It's easy to pick up the rules after a couple of rounds. Not as crazy in depth as some of the games out there.

One of the better comic book games
One of the better comic book games out there. The game might go slow for a couple rounds when you're just learning, but it'll just pick up from there. And it's fun. And it's cool. And the artwork...
