pretty good
The studs are good, but the backs are tiny. I had to order some larger stainless steel backs. The plastic ones are also tiny.

Great quality at a great price
I make and sell earrings and I have to say that these are the best earring posts I have purchased! My customers never complain about allergic reactions, and I never experience any pain/irritation when wearing a pair I made for myself.You really do get 200 pairs of everything (posts, metal backs/clasps, and silicone backs) and they seem to actually be made from stainless steel. I threw one into a cup of water out of curiosity to see how it would react for about a week and after I pulled it out, it was as shiny and untarnished as it was before I did this experiment. Although the metal is darker and not as bright as sterling silver, it's a nice cool gray never really dulls.The 8mm base is wide enough to glue/attach securely to the finished piece/cabochon/etc, but smaller sizes (e.g. 5mm) might not be as secure unless you attach them with resin or imbed them in resin/clay/etc from my experience. The wire is pretty long, but I personally don't mind and I think it can be trimmed down.Overall, I think these are a great deal for professional or hobby crafters.

These are great for people with sensitive to nickel or allergies to cheap items. I have a serious allergy to nickel and had no problems with these. They are sturdy and work great.

Good quality for price
Have not worn/tried out yet but have made quite a few earrings already. Majority all in good shape, some of the earring backs (metal) were not useable, I use the silicone ones anyway. Would purchase again depending how they are to wear!
