I read someone used this in their planter kitty litter box and it was just what I was looking for. I tried cheaper circular pans but none were the right diameter. This fits perfectly and is sturdy and seems built to last.

I, and the Wisconsin wildlife (the birds and squirrels) love them! I set it up on top of a standing bird bath, added a heating element and filled it with water. Its sturdy. It’s deep enough that the heating element stays submerged. It’s very easy to clean.I have purchased many other heated bird baths and none come close to how perfect this works for my purpose. I’ve enjoyed watching the squirrels, mourning doves, cardinals, and even a rabbit come to drink.

This is exactly what I was looking for. A few years ago I couldn't find these anywhere, everything was rubber pans, which bend and flop while trying to carry them full of feed. I carry 3 pans at one time, so can't have a floppy one. I love this pan. The only issue I have is WHy - why was the green one $25, the red was $20, and the blue $15?? They are exactly the same pans, only the color is different. The price difference does not make sense. I really wanted a red one (I already hve a blue) but could not justify paying $5 more for the color.

This is a great backyard wildlife water dish. It’s large and not too deep to add rocks so critters can climb out. The problem is I can’t get the sticker residue off! It’s in the inside of the bowl, not the outside, which wouldn’t matter. I’m soaking it in vinegar and you can see the size in relation to a full size paper towel. Let’s hope the sticker residue comes off!

I like the size, the ease of cleaning

I purchased this for my ducks to swim and play in. They absolutely love it. It’s very sturdy and perfectly sized. I’m very happy with it.

I've probably purchased a dozen of these over the past few years. These are inexpective, and the perfect size for feeding animals indoors and outdoors. They are not as thick or durable as the Van Ness Pets Crock Style bowls, but these Little Giants Plastic Utility Pans have larger capacity.They are susceptible to cracking or breaking when dropped or when attempting to free from ice during the winter months, but at under ten bucks each, they're cheap enough to replace as needed.EDIT: The sticky residue left behind by the stickers is a huge annoyance and a potential danger for animals. I frankly don't understand the logic behind putting stickers on the inside surface of these bowls. It's nearly impossible to get all of the sticky residue off the bowls. It would make a lot more sense to keep the stickers on the OUTSIDE of the bowl, perhaps on the bottom. I revised my rating to remove 2-stars for this troublesome issue.
