My boyfriend and I live in a studio apartment and therefore sleep on a futon for efficiency. I've never come across a comfortable futon. We have back/headaches almost every morning. I ordered this mattress pad in hopes of making our futon more comfortable. I wasn't expecting a huge change ... but I got one! We have slept the last few nights with this pad and we fall asleep faster, stay asleep, and wake up rested and without pain! I would buy this product again and again if I ever needed to! The product seems very sturdy and well made. I can see it lasting for many years. So much more then I expected!!

I love this mattress topper. It made my bed that had been giving me serious back pain feel like a brand new bed, confirmed by my Fitbit's sleep tracker. It cut my restless periods by more than half.But, I wish I'd known beforehand about Amazon's policies about price matching. I bought this and within a week it went on a considerable sale. Amazon will not refund me the difference. That's bad customer service.I am delighted with the item though.EDIT:After a bit of conversing with Amazon, I'm happy to say I'm a happy customer once again.

We have a newer pillow top mattress that is very thick. The standard size mattress covers don’t stay on tight. This cover is made to work with over sized mattresses. It is nicely padded. I was a little worried that the price was much lower than many of the mattress covers. I am very happy with the quality and fit.

So far we are very happy with this mattress pad, the only things to be aware of going into this is that this is substantially less dense than similar style pads that use foam (either block or loose) vs a down/down alternative.We purposely chose the down alternative as foam pads often have an issue with holding in too much heat during the night for us. This adds a nice touch of padding without any noticeable heat retention.We did wash and dry the pad upon delivery (as instructed on the paper included) and it puffed right up. The side material seems a little thin, but not any thinner than previous covers or toppers we have purchased. We will see how it holds up to repeated laundering as this is the area it usually falls apart first. The extra deep corners are exceptionally nice for fitting on a thicker mattress and it didn't have any issues with slipping off during the night.I would put this up with about the same padding you get with a nice quality comforter or top blanket, almost like a very soft pillow. Its does not distort or change the softness of the bed, but provides a nice thin padded layer of comfort. It will not make a hard bed feel plush, but it will give a nice soft layer while still allowing the comfort/padding level of your mattress remain true.

I am thoroughly impressed with this mattress pad. Fits perfectly on our queen size deep foam mattress. The top is made up of plush squares that cushion your body as well as protect your mattress. Excellent quality. Very happy with my choice.

We have a pretty comfortable bed but I wanted to try a pillow top out anyways. We have a fitted sheet over it but it’s so nice looking you could just leave it as is. I just want a layer to clean rather than cleaning the pillow top. It didn’t arrive with any offensive smell like some bedding does so I didn’t bother to go through the trouble to wash it, so I’m not sure how well it holds up. But I can say it feels amazing and it was a great purchase! Makes the bed really cozy. It’s gonna be even harder in the morning to get out of bed.

Better than it was advertised! Very comfy and durable; cleans lovely. Let's face it, Mattress Pads are not, for lack of a better word, sexy. But it is important to get a good one. I'm delighted to say, this is a great one! Don't need to spend a lot of time here. This is the one you want. Buy it. Move on with the really fun stuff ... Major Appliances!!!

I have had a mattress cover for some years and I was really fed up with it constantly shifting about on the mattress. It had corner straps which were just unable to keep the mattress in place.This replacement mattress has a skirt that fully encloses the mattress and what a difference that makes. I am extreme;y pleased with this product and would highly recommend it.
