Really lovely easy to make bread.
So having been recentlybtoldni am intolerant to Dairy, eggs, wheats, barley,Corn/maize,oats and sunflower......there seemed like no hope for me on the bread front and then I found this. I have never made bread in my life.I followed the instructions to the tee and ended up with a delicious loaf, perfect consistency.....so I was able to enjoy bread in my very limited diet with my home made soup.....my only criticism is the price......but I don't have a lot of choice do i and it was good. Not sure what people are doing wrong saying it was rock hard or not right.....especially as claiming to be experienced bakers......my first time and it was perfect. I have just ordered the rustic brown loaf now....hope it turns out as well.

Bought it as a Keto bread. Not sure it is ?
I havnt Used it yet I bought it last week and on looking the packaging on the back the expiry is June so it’s not really giving me a lot of time to use itI was under the impression I was buying a Keto product but on receiving the item I don’t think it is as it just says gluten free

Works well with gluten free baking powder
I've just been diagnosed with intolerance to wheat, eggs, soy and yeast!! So many gluten free breads are unsuitable. I saw Hungry Scarecrow breads had ingredients I could eat.I contacted the manufacturer for an alternative to yeast for a raising agent and they suggested baking powder, but no need to prove. I followed the easy instructions and voila this was the result, it tasted really great too. Will be buying again!

Didn't like it
I wondered if I had done something wrong with making this because it just didn't taste nice. It was very expensive and then i had to buy yeast, extra virgin oil, rosemary etc. Instructions are bit vague but followed them I thought. It looked lovely but didn't really taste of anything. Hopefully other people have better experience than me.

Very tasty
Liked this. The recipe is easy and I used a bit of cornflour on my hands before doing the stretch and fold bit. I have sliced and frozen it to be part of a rotational diet.
