Corner Plant Caddy Storage Shelf, Durable Coated Wire for Indoor/Outdoor Use, Green, 19 ¼” W x 9 ½” W x 2” H

Bought it for a plant in my cube, was a bit skeptical but it's perfect. And it's not a small plant, the pot is a good 6 in across and it fits this little corner shelf perfectly. Plus the sides of the shelf are short enough that it sits pretty high, it doesn't get in the way of anything else in my cube. It sits above the white board on one side.

I love that it has slats so that excess water from potted plants can fall right through instead of placing the pot on the deck railing to stain the railing. It is nice that it's lightweight, but you have to have a potted plant heavy enough that it won't blow away. I've had 2 terra cotta pots smash to the ground on a couple of gusty days. So, I found a concrete planter pot (at Tuesday Morning) that was heavy enough to not blow away, but not so heavy that the corner plant caddy would collapse under the weight. So far so good...but if the concrete planter falls...yikes!

I had my doubts about this shelf. I was searching for an outdoor corner shelf to put plants on. I read the description and noticed it had no attachments with it attach to a deck railing. I ordered it, without my hope, figuring I could return it if didn't work out. Imagine my surprise when it actually worked!!! I was oh so happy and immediately put a rather sturdy flower pot on it, and it held!!!! AND it had not moved one iota even during several heavy thunderstorms with high winds. I would HIGHLY recommend this product.

The product is made very well and just the right size for my flowers. I'm very happy with it

2/2022 update: I still have this in the only corner on my deck that it fits. It holds a 4" pot easily and it's sturdy.It hasn't faded or gotten discolored being in direct sunlight all year. Neither rain nor snow affects it.If you have a corner on your deck railing that is rail to rail, this will work. If your corners are railing to siding this won't work. I have 2 corners like that. So I only have one place that this works and it isn't in the way. It doesn't get knocked around. I really am glad I purchased it. 2019: Cute plant holder for the corner of the deck rail. It holds a good sized pot.

Disappointed that unit was not as strong as hoped. Will need to be careful about size and weight of planter pot used.

These corner caddies are just right to show off additional plants. We are in a 2nd level apartment and do catch a lot of wind so my husband secured them to deck rail with zipties. Worked perfectly! When the wind is especially strong I can take the plants, which I left the hook/hanger on, and hang them from the bottom of the plant caddy. Works just fine!

I live in a second floor condo with a balcony and wanted some flowers, yet my husband is handicapped and cannot have anything on the floor that might trip him, etc. This little shelf solved my problem. It sits right on the corner of the railing, no screws or fasteners, is small and out of the way, but very sturdy. It holds a huge pot of red vinca. I also put out a hummingbird feeder and the birds dart back between the feeder and the flowers. This shelf is small but makes a big difference in our enjoyment of the sumner.
