Perfect Electrolyte Replacement
We recently moved to AZ. My new doctor recommended anyone living in this dry, dessert climate should be using electrolytes on a daily basis. I tried several different types but kept coming back to this one for several reasons. First, it's not expensive...some of the others cost as much as $1/day. Secondly, it doesn't have an artificial taste or have added sugars/artificial ingredients. The directions state 1/2 tsp. per 8-16 oz water. I use 1/2 tsp in 32 oz. I can tell a difference when I use this throughout the day. Finally, I like that I can get it as an Amazon subscribe & save...automatically arrives every month and I get additional savings.

product came unsealed with almost all of the fluid spilled out
the bottles came unsealed and the contents spilled out. so i paid for three empty plastic bottles. not cool

Great way to get your minerals in your water!
I have high nitrate water so my home has a filtration system. It takes the nitrates out but also removes all the good stuff we need. This is a great and affordable way to get those back in my diet. It also makes me feel better than using a drink that has a bunch of crap in it that is not good for me. I care about the planet so I also like that I am no longer buying more plastic bottles of mineral and electrolyte water and adding to the landfills. I really like this product.

Great product
Easy to use in a glass of water at home, or a water bottle for on the go. There is no flavoring, aside from the natural flavor of the minerals, which can be a bit off putting at first. But I’m used to it now. It prevents dehydration, which is what I wanted it for. I will buy it again.
