urBeats Wired in-Ear Headphone - Matte Black

When I first bought them they had great sound and quality. After nine months, only one side provides great sound. The other side doesn't work. It is a design flaw Dr. Dre's company should fix and reimburse their customers. They know it is a product problem.

I was so reluctant buying Beats. I always bought 10 or 15 dollar buds with OK audio. I bought this pair rebuilt for a higher but reasonable price. I became a convert over the next few weeks and bought a second pair rebuilt because they work great. I since bought a pair of bluetooth xbeats for retail and am glad I did. Very good build quality and a very good microphone for calls.

These are my first Beats earbuds. I have the over-the-ear wireless, but I wanted some traditional earbuds. I like them, they're good quality, but my only issue, which probably has less to do with the earbuds, but more to do with the adapter that I have to use to plug into my iphone. I have a slight problem with moisture affecting the sound after I leave the gym.I've noticed this after I workout and if I take or make a phone call, the caller cannot hear me until the earbud/adapter are free from any moisture. I figured that it was moisture, because I know how much I sweat when I workout and I haven't had the issue aside from those times when sweat and moisture from my body heat are present. Other than that, these are solid earbuds.

We've had these for 6 months. Although the sound quality is great, one of the buds quit working. Not worth the price.

I loved these headphones. They were 100% legit. Right off the shelf brand new sealed packaging. They have amazing sound blockage and trust me where I work is loud so they were great. The only thing that sucked is they only lasted a few months... the sound eventually started getting quieter and quieter and then stopped all together... I do admit I had them on almost 24/7 but my other pair that I bought in stores lasted me a year and a half so why did these only last 3 months?

The product itself was excellent. Great sound quality. Absolutely the real deal. However, The buds that were installed were a set of the spares, not the originals. The package had clearly been previously opened. The extra ear bud packet was ripped open. Nothing was missing, but it had obviously been previously opened. That being said, there seemed to be little or no wear, and I am ok with these "Barely Used" headphones. I just wouldn't sell them as "new."

I bought these for my wife. She uses them at the gym for lifting and cardio. She noticed one earbud fades in and out and they fall out too easily especially while sweating. It was too late to return but we ordered the Powerbeats 3 in hopes they will be better for her.

My daughter purchased these to replace the exact same product. After 5 months, the first pair stopped working on one side. She saw these and decided to try the brand again. Again, about 5 months later, the same problem occurred. Sorry, but this brand regarding this item is not worth the pricey cost.

Delivered promptly - however I agree with many of the reviews that's it's quality is poor. It feels plastic and fragile. It's working ok but not worth the £40 + I paid. I already have 2 other beats earphone , one purchased from Groupon, which was cheaper and far superior style and model. As the product feels flimsy , handle it with extra care.

Description and price led us to believ these were genuine but stopped working, amazon told us to take them back to the apple shop and there found that the headphones had been registered (something like this but appeared on their screen) for repair hundreds of times and were fake. We were really embaressed and this time when we told Amazon they refunded us straight away in all fairness but do not buy from here at all!!!!!

Didnt even come in a box just a bag. Very clearly not genuine since they quality of these compared to my older pair are entirely different, wouldn’t advise you purchase these.

to much money for what they are you get abit of a prime feel but its just earbuds not every wireless (apple) . and one of the buds stopped working after 2 weeks

The box came with scratches and the earphone was a bit dirty which makes be doubt the genuinity of the product.But the earphone works well, just not sure if it actually worth the money...
