Love this product because it is a low dose of melatonin with other natural ingredients to help our 5 year old fall asleep on nights that she is having trouble. We use this probably around 3 times a week. She likes the flavor and falls asleep quickly after taking it.

I've been using these for over a year now with my 5 and 8 year old and am a huge fan. Firstly, the kids love the taste, which is certainly a bonus. Secondly, I'm certainly no nutritionist, but the ingredients seem to not be over the top and feel appropriately allocated.I've always had some hesitation with sleep supplements for my kids, wanting to ensure I don't create any dependencies on substances for my kids to sleep. I'm an insomniac myself that has been medicating for many years to sleep, so I know the struggle when my kids are having a difficult time getting to bed on time, particularly in the summer when the sun is out longer.With all that said, I only give my kids half a gummy each nightly. Now, that seems like a pretty negligible amount of Melatonin (we're talking .25mg), and I don't know if it's just a placebo effect or what, but it works nearly every time at helping my kids wind down and get ready for bed. Occasionally I'll give them a single whole gummy, but rarely.My pediatrician also gave these a green light for use due to the low dosages.Anyway, big fan, great product, always have it on hand!

Problem is the value pouch let the gummies dry out and get hard. My son refuses to take them so he told me only buy the jar from now on.No issues with strength, content, and they do help him prevent some restlessness at night for better sleep quality. These are good reputable gummies. I also get him the Chillax kind.

Works better than adult brand … a keeper for me.
