Looks like real blinds!
I bought this for several reasons. #1 We have a lot of heat that comes in our front door, so I was looking for something to help block the heat in the summer, but still allow some light come thru. #2 Our front door is all glass, so anyone can see in. #3 we have a dog that barks at a blade of grass blowing in the wind. This item fit the bill. When looking in it looks like there really are blinds on the door and side panels. When outside, you can not see through at all. When I stand on the inside and someone is on the outside the most you can see if some fuzzy gray blob on the other side and vise versa. It is impossible for my dog to bark at everything on the other side of the door. I highly recommend this product. A few things to note on installation. Wet your door....A LOT. The more water on your glass, the better the film will stick. Once you get it started run your hand or squeegee down with it to keep bubbles out. When cutting the film to the size of your door DO NOT have too much extra to cut away on the sides. Manufacturer stated to have 1cm, I did 1 inch and had a hard time cutting. Do as mfg states and only cut a little away. It will make install so much easier. I plan on buying more and doing other areas.

GrëT invention
These are really terrific. We live in an apartment with other windows close by and we don’t want to share EVERYTHING with the neighbors ha. These allow the light to come in with complete privacy.I’ve used this type of window cling before so I was prepared but if you have not, I highly recommend a few tools: ruler, X-acto knife, spray bottle, & credit card. You should measure the Space of your window glass pane. Then you should mark the space off with maybe a half inch extra space left on it. Once you’ve cut it, put the cling up by following the directions included. You should use a spray bottle because it evenly distributes the water better. You will have a little extra material so use the X-Acto knife to get it perfect. You can always take away but you can’t add back! Now you’ll want to smooth out any air bubbles that have caught when you put it up. Use the credit card and wipe them to the sides. Remember you can always pick up the window cling and re-position as well - that’s what’s so great about these things.Don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t look quite right you can always re-position right.

So real looking!!!!
Very easy to install. For a big area like that you may want another person to help. I use the Window Film Application kit, highly recommended. It looks so real. The grade of thickness is great. Doesn’t stretch out like other brands.

It looks great. A lot of work for this type of door (see pictures)
Super easy to “stick” it to the glass and easy to remove the bubbles. But, it’s very difficult to do the trimming perfectly. I used a precision knife and it still turned out just ok.I improvised using a baking scraper to hold the product and guide the knife, it helped a lot. Pictures with the porch light on and off for reference. When it’s dark outside, it looks dark grey/navy. With the lights on outside, it’s white.

Easy to Install
I bought this to use for privacy on a patio door as well as a small glass window on our front door. It truly looks like you have blinds on your window. It provides the privacy I was hoping for. If someone comes to the front door and I'm near to it on the other side the stranger may see a vague and blurry silhouette. It was easy to install and I recommend buying the application kit that amazon suggests under the main product shown. I can't say how durable it will be especially through a hot summer as we just installed it recently, but so far I'm happy with this purchase. I think it looks much better than the frosted glass that I saw on other window films.

Cheap, easy solution to jinky blinds and doesn’t need hardware!
My dogs always wreck my back door blinds. I got this because it can’t be shredded or bent. It’s brilliant. I had to install it when my husband wasn’t home because I knew he’d think it was a jinky WT setup. But he thought it was a blind, until he got close to it and it looks just like one from outside. Follow the instructions. Make sure you have a squeegee. I didn’t I had a paperback novel I used because I don’t own a squeegee. It worked ok. Don’t get the blind too close to the edges you need a bit of wiggle room.

Got Blinds?! These look REAL - fooled our two dogs!!
This is fantastic!!We have 2 standard poodles pups and a glass sidelight and they think it is their duty to sound the alarm about anything moving in the neighborhood (heaven forbid that a dog walk by the front of our house!). I have tried everything on the market to train these bozos but my door jams are now scraped up and my patience was shot!Milomer Privacy Blinds to the rescue!! These things are the best! Fast delivery, easy directions. My daughter helped (an extra hand is definitely a plus), you will want a spray bottle (use the water liberally), sharp exacto knife (no kidding, dull will tear it), something like a small squeegee or scraper or credit card to push the air bubbles to the side. Other than that, follow the directions, they are great! And you will have new 'blinds' too! Oh, not once has one of those pups jumped up since installing the new 'blinds'. Even when someone comes to the door! I am beyond thrilled!

Good coverage for day and night
1 of the smaller rolls covers the size of a glass door. Leaving a few extra pieces. I had 3 rolls covered both doors and 7 windows. Fully saturate the window/door/whatever ur covering for a better stick. Trimming takes some skill so you dont mess it up.Now to see how long it lasts.Light gets through nicely without having to see the neighbors :)
