It's Gray, not Black. But seems like a fine mat.
To be fair it says "gray" in the description but from the pic I was expecting black. Regardless, for a blued, or black color 1911, which many are, the gray is actually a better background color to work on. Less chance of losing small black parts on a gray background.

Glock Mat with 1911 label
Order it and I got the Glock and not the 1911, even though the label says "1911." Returned it and it happened again. Looks like they're labeling all the Glock ones as 1911 or they don't have any 1911 mats so they're using the Glock one instead. I seriously doubt I'm going to try for a third time.

Inaccurate
The mat is fine. The exploded view of the 1911 .45 acp is fine also. Problem: At least one part is missing from the exploded view: The little, but important, pin that holds the ejector in place is missing. The hole for it is there but the pin itself is not. I'm surprised that no one else saw this. So lose a star, but still it's a good mat.

Sharp image. Great detail. USA made! Needed a large nightstand pad for coffee cup, watch, keys, 1911 etc. My wife carries a Glock so she got that version.
