This is a very unique figure. My son loves, alligators and crocodile so a very cool figure. And the GREEN color makes him a scary and unique guy. I tried to find some really different and creative toys for my son's birthday. This one is at the top of the list with the Jada Creature from the Black Lagoon. WOW!

The right leg of Sham fell off almost immediately. He's pretty bummed but doesn't want to send it back. I thought about ordering a new one, but this issue seems pretty consistent across the reviews. The media could not be loaded.  I bought this for my son back in September as a Christmas present, so I am unable to return at this point since he only just opened on Christmas Day to find it is defective. Anyway, this toy is supposed to have a moveable tongue and eyes controlled by a wheel thing on its back. However, the wheel does not turn making the function impossible. His right leg also comes off extremely easily when just trying to pose him in a standing position. I bought all of the alternation toys for him this Christmas. Very cool concept but very disappointed in quality.****UPDATE April 2021****I was contacted by the company recently about my 1 star review in hopes to rectify the situation for my son. The email I received was from the president of the company, Ryan Magnon. He assured me that he would personally inspect the quality of the new action figure sent out to us. My son still plays with the defective one he received for Christmas and would not have ever thought of asking for a new one. The fact that this company reached out all this time later because they cared enough to make things right speaks volumes. We received a new sham action figure and everything works perfectly. We are extremely happy with this company and as new figures come out we will be buying. Thank you so much!

This action figure is v cool. If you are purchasing this to collect and never open it then it will be perfect for that. We are not collectors though. My 6 y/o son wanted to use Sham in boss fights with his other action figures. So far the tongue has gotten stuck several times and his right arm has fallen off. Also his right leg has fallen off. The leg is easy to put back on but the tongue and arm are not the same since repairing it. Am I a little annoyed that we spent $20+ on an action figure that doesn’t really action very well? Yes. Parents if you plan on buying this to let your kids play with it then beware because it is fragile. It is still very cool looking though.12/31/20Ok so the company that makes this sent me a new and improved Sham action figure. Let me just say it’s way better. The tongue works properly and he isn’t as fragile. My son can actually use this while he’s playing boss fights with his action figures. I definitely recommend this new and improved action figure! Sham is a really interesting and cool sculpted character with a really cool looking action figure. He has a few small problems though. His joints are a tad slow to move around but once you break him in it should be ok. His action feature on his back also can sometimes get stuck so it doesn’t work, but to fix that you just need to keep trying to roll it until you hear a click. Other than that he is astounding!

These things are such a cool addition to the collection, however they are unfortunately made with extremely cheap-feeling plastic, loose joints, and are arguably not worth the $20+ that they cost. Still look awesome, just not great quality
