Effective relief for decades for me
Have been drinking this tea for many years. As stores have stopped carrying it, I’m glad to have found it on Amazon. Much better deal than any other store. If you don’t like the taste, add a bit of regular or decaf coffee (if drinking before bedtime) and a bit of milk and it tastes perfect. I drink it for the relief it gives me and prefer coffee over tea. It does not impact the effectiveness. If you are new to this, take it slow. I use one tea bag and make 16 Oz but drink it in two days so it lasts longer for me. I’m sure you can brew an even bigger amount and slowly introduce it to your system. My hubby’s first time trying it was harsh, he couldn’t leave the house for a day LOL so I mean it to take it slowly if you have to.

Great "moving" product!!!!
This products really works folks!!! Take it from one who is very hard to move. I can drink a cup the night before, and the next day I'm getting action! This just doesn't usually happen for me. You may get a few stomach cramps, but not to bad. Too me, that is worth it, if I am going! I will keep a large supply on hand, as I do not want to ever run out. Pricey, in my opinion, but worth it to me. I put two bags in a 16 oz. cup and drink it hot or let it set and seep all day, drink it room temperature, and it still works! A+++++ from me.

I discovered this product in a Chinese grocery store while visiting in Georgia. The owner told me that it worked beautiful for him. I purchased and I have to say that it is making my life much better. I had used everything in the past and nothing worked for me. I am buying from this vendor because the price is much cheaper.
