I only wish I bought it sooner
This product is exactly what you would expect if you're experiencing issues with your current ignition starter switch. I was experiencing intermittent problems starting my 2003 Accord for YEARS. In the beginning, the car would simply fail to start once in a while, maybe every 2 months. I checked all the things you would expect the battery and connections. It would usually start after trying again after a couple of minutes. The odd thing is the car didn't even try to turn over. There were many times that I did think it was a bad battery and after receiving a "jump", the car would start, but that was just because the switch decided to work after the jump. Sometimes the car wouldn't start. So I suspected it may be the alternator. I had it replaced to the tune of $350. But I kept having problems after that. The frequency of the starting issues increased. At first I thought it was the transponder key security system not engaging. Then I thought it was electrical problems with my Alarm system, so I removed that. Still experienced the same issues. Then finally the car would NOT start more than it would start. I started researching and checking my electrical system until FINALLY one day when I was stuck at the store and was trying to start the car by turning the key repeatedly, I heard like an electrical noise coming from the steering column when I was trying to start. I never noticed it or heard it before, so I recorded it, and then went on the internet and found that other people experienced that noise and it was the Ignition starter switch.I purchased this switch 9 months ago, and IMMEDIATELY, no more starting issues. I can't tell you how much money spent and many headaches this would have prevented if I found out what the issue was earlier. And it's fairly simple to install, there are numerous videos, you just have to get into the steering column. This was such an inexpensive and important fix, I'm so glad it is resolved, I only wish it could have happened sooner.

Works great one week after installation
Works great so far and eliminated the buzzing upon ignition key turn on my 2008 CRV. I just installed it one week ago so time will tell on durability.

Great part, worked flawlessly;packaging needs to be improved
Everything works as it should, installed easily and fixed the problem so far.I would like to point out that using an envelope was not the smartest option for shipping. Part couldve been damaged in transit, thankfully mine only suffered damage to the box and not the part.

Works great
I had the dreaded buzzing when trying to start my '06 Acura TL. Replacing this part fixed the problem. The screws which hold it in are a bit difficult unless you have the exact right screwdriver but overall installation wasn't too bad. Like with most car repairs you'll need to rotate your neck and wrists into positions you've never before experienced. I've only had it installed for about a week but so far it's working perfectly.

Exactly the right part for 2007 Honda CRV
This worked perfectly on my 2007 Honda CRV. No more grind noise by the ignition area where you place the key in. Highly recommend. I did take to my local car repair shop and they charged me $100 to get installed. Much appreciated.

My car would shut off right after starting and while driving
I actually replaced the whole ignition switch assembly the whole thing precisely 1 year ago my car was shutting off right after starting I had to leave the key turned for 3 seconds after cranking also while driving my car shut off several times (very very scary) I saw on YouTube the ignition switch might be the culprit and seems like it's true, after replacing the car started right up, took it for a nice ride didn't shut off once, I shut off and starts right up again and again, I repaired this issue for under 40 bucks and less than 1 hours labor and watching YouTube videos, can you imagine what a crooked mechanic would have said what the problem was? And how much they could have charged me? 🤔
