“Garbage” is the word that comes to mind
I purchased this in April of 2020. It worked for about a year. Now I keep getting error code E-3. It appears the cuff cannot create enough pressure. It gets to about 100 and then the error code appears. Yes, I’ve changed the AAA batteries twice. I’ve also tried repositioning the cuff on my arm several times. Wish I could return it.

Is this really accurate?
I wonder that using this for 3 days to monitoring our blood pressure we read - my wife and me - high pressure. At least, in several years visiting our medical providers and using pharmacy blond pressure monitoring we never have higher than 120 for SYS, in these three days the device measured even over 150 SYS but after checking with other device my pressure was almost 110 for SYS.I'll give a try for other days before decide if I return it … I think I will, probably I'll return it back

Huge Cuff
As the design is a Wearable it seems they made the cuff able to fit your Thigh. Unless you are a weight lifter this unit's cuff is going to be very large for you. It works well and seem to be accurate but it is not wearable because of the very large cuff.

Bluetooth app is for older version of android, no updates available
Takes blood pressure accurately, sure enough. I bought this for the bluetooth app, and when I installed it on my Samsung Galaxy s9+ the ap says it may not work correctly since it is made for an older version of android. It then makes you put in your height, weight and age in kg and cm. I'm in America and don't know what a cm is, I deal in pounds and feet. I figured it out that far and it will not save the data or allow me to go any further. Oh well.. on to the device itself. It is a cuff that goes on your arm, and while it is on your arm the display is very hard to read, I'm supposing that is because you're supposed to read it off of the app, which doesn't work. I tried reading the instructions, but they seem to be translated from an asian language to English and so are a little hard to understand. There is another version of this that doesn't have the bluetooth feature and is about ten dollars cheaper, so I figure I've paid $10 for something that I can't even use, so I'll be returning it. Sorry.

Easy to use for all ages.
My Mom isn't able to take her own blood pressure manually and needs to often. This is extremely simple to use. We didn't hook it to bluetooth as it's not needed for her. But it's super simple. Cuff it to your upper arm and click the start button twice and it starts up. I would recommend it.

Does not appear to work with Android. Readings all over the place.
If you read the fine print, evidently the manufacturer cannot figure out how to update their app to work with Android 10. Disappointing and unacceptable to say the least. After a few hours of use, readings are all over the place +/- 30 points D.

Good monitor but....
The app to store your readings sucks. He does not connect to my phone. When downloading the app it only has a 1.7 rating and everyone pretty much says the same thing, the app is useless as it doesn't connect. Which is one of the main reasons why I bought the machine. It does work well, but defeats part of the purpose. Might have to return it.

Will not work with Samsung
Do not buy if you have a Samsung unless you do not plan on using the bluetooth.I needed an app to help me track my levels for my doctor. This one will not work with my note 10.
