At first I was a bit skeptical as to how well this would work. When I uncorked the cap, (there is a cork so you have to be careful when opening by the way) I noticed the overall scent was nice and pleasant. But I wasn't sure if it would be strong enough to feel my house or if it would be rather dull and to my delight thus far it has illuminated my house with the most vibrant and cozy smelling scent.Best way I can describe it, is imagine walking into a new home that you are looking to view to purchase, this is what you would expect a brand new home to smell like. Like. Something fresh and elegant.Speaking of elegance, it looks elegant. Sitting on a countertop or a coffee table. Just make sure you don't have any animals or children that cannot get over as that would be quite the mess. I for one have a dog and a cat and they have left it alone. So don't let that deter you!

The sticks don't come with the oil. You can't buy just the sticks

It smells really good but I don’t thing it should cost $95 it’s overpriced. It makes my house smell very good though.

I tend to use scented candles, but occasionally I enjoy a good reed diffuser for round the clock fragrant aroma, without the hassle of lighting wicks. This, in particular, is a good 16.9 ounces, which will undoubtedly last weeks, before evaporating. Based on the size and thickness of the glass corked jar, the long 13-inch reed sticks, and attractiveness of the box it came in, I can see that this is quite the upscale, giftable item.Per the description, the parfum fragrance includes notes of bergamot, sweet verbena, jasmine, mimosa, herbaceous lavender, vetiver, sandalwood and white musk. Without any aroma in particular standing out, I find that the combination results in a light, fragrant almost aromatherapy type scent, that is pleasant without being overpowering. It is, for my taste, a little too lightly fragranced to stand out in a room, but I found that reversing the reed sticks for the first few days, so that they absorb a greater degree of oils and fragrance really helps. Small enclosures, such as a desk area or powder room, seem the most ideal placement for this uniquely crafted and high-end perfumed bottle.Antica Farmacista put a good amount of effort into the design, quality and formulation of its Santorini named reed diffuser, and I'm intrigued to find out what other scents are available.Recommended. Not being a big scent fan but my wife is I got this for her. I uncorked it and set it up with the reeds and after I turned them over the fragrance was immediate.There are so many scents in this that not one overpowers the other in my opinion. My wife loves it and she normally uses those fake plug in scents that don't work for long and do not smell nearly as good as this does!Place this in a high traffic area and depending on how much fragrance you want you can control that by flipping the reeds once a day for more or once a week for a milder fragrance.Great product and the cork bottle is nice looking as well.

I have had bad luck with diffuser/reed sets in the past. They have all been a bit too overwhelming and strong for my nose. But this one is just amazing. It's a light scent and does fill the room but it is subtle and pleasant. A bit pricey if you ask me, but a lovely fragrance.

This came very securely packaged! This was my main concern, but it made it safe. This is perfect for a small room such as a bedroom or bathroom, the scent is light and definitely will last with this larger bottle!
