What brand and size usb flash drives work with this device? the first sandisk 8gb i tried did not work.

I have a Seagate drive, 128gb usb stick and mouse connected, no issues. I’ve tried 4 different flash drives an they all work. Make sure your plugged into the right USB port, some are for power only
