UPDATE: after almost 3 months of use, I gotta say did not experience food getting stuck after those few times initially. Has become easier to clean. Glass lid and quality of the sandwiched base is intact, no rusting so far. Size is definitely too big for one-two person household. Overall my experience has gotten better over time with this product, so changing my initial rating too.---------------------------------------------------Initial review: Been meaning to switch from non stick to stainless steel, I bought this sauce pan under the impression that it's an Amazon brand so it must be of good quality.The pan is heavy but just so terrible. I used it on induction and food gets burnt/stuck to the bottom even at the lowest heat settings of my induction and even after using enough amount of oil. It's a nightmare to clean it once any food gets even slightly stuck to it, I had soaked it overnight too thinking it would be easier to clean after soaking but nope! I had to scrub for so long to rid of the caramelized food off of it.The lid seems of good quality hasn't broken yet. But it's such a waste of my 1500 bucks. Can't even return it since I've used it a few times. Now I gotta spend another 1000 bucks or so to get a decent product.My mistake was buying this product early on when there was only one review on it.Definitely going for Vinod cookwares next time. I've used their products. Their stainless steel's quality is way better Solimo.

Good quality products

This pan is very good and sturdy but I returned bcoz Iskandar size thora big hai isse ek size small hota to accha hota looking forward solimo isse ek size small bhi baanaye. No doubt this is too good go for it

Value for money

when full, too difficult to carry, with only one handle .. lid so loose it doesn't seal the pan ..

Packaging was good, as always.The vessel is heavy, mainly the base part.I've tried cooking Plain rice, Pulao, Biryani, Gravies etc and followed the instructions diligently. Food doesn't stick to the bottom if you've used it on low flame, all through.I also avoided using metal spatulas.I can't comment upon the durability, as yet; shall review that part later.I have my doubts about the ability of the Bakelite handle to be able to sustain the weight of the vessel for a long time.Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the product and am really happy that Solimo is turning out to be a reliable brand.
