Creamy but Expensive
I put this product in my hot coffee & it adds a nice creaminess to it. It’s just expensive compared to other products of its kind & really only lasts 2 weeks if used as directed.

I keep my office stocked
One of my go to options for on the go. Super handy for a healthy brain boost while getting caffeinated.

Difficult to mix
The flavor of this Keto Creamer is great, I used it in my tea. But I find it impossible to thoroughly mix it in my drink. No matter how hard or vigorously I stir the clumps remain.

I wanted to love this
I'm obsessed with Dr Mercola and all his supplements, but this one raised my BG by about 40 points. My brother who is a type one also took it with his morning coffee and his BG skyrocketed. It can't be the few grams of carbs? I'm guessing there is an ingredient that doesn't agree with us. Tastes great though.

Clumpy and has carbs/starch
The first thing I noticed is how "sticky" the powder was. It got on my fingers and didn't dust off. The huge scooper was packed and you couldn't shake the powder out. It was huge, like maybe 1/4 cup, and I wasn't going to put that much fat into my tea! So I put maybe 1/2 tsp of powder into my warm tea. Unbelievably, even this small amount didn't dissolve easily. I like my other MCT powder [make of coconut] better as it dissolved and gave my tea a creamy feel so that I didn't need to add milk. This one is made of butter so it still retains the butter properties. I'm also worried that the tapioca STARCH has a high glycemic index and will undo the entire keto thing. The other MCT powder is coconut oil MCT powder which shakes out of the bag easily in powder form and dissolves into my coffee or tea [in place of a creamer or milk], so I'm a bit disappointed with this one. Not only is it clumpy, but it has starch in it!
