I recall my dad would using this brand and for the last 21 years. Hes always had em.I am lucky to buy my own very set with my money like him. And I think its worth the value.

I was not aware I was buying refurbished products, I didn't see it mentioned in the description, I'm sure new merchandise would not have someone's name written on it.

This product is not covered by the lifetime warranty unless you buy from Home Depot and register it online. Also the impact driver I got from here was defective!!!!!
