Guang Ci Tang - Gan Mai Da Zhao Pian (MooDelight™ ) - 1 Bottle

I did not feel like these were half as effective as the ones I purchased elsewhere. And they are much lighter

After one bottle I still possibly have plum pit throat

I have been using MooDelight for over 4 years; I began using it in January 2018 at the recommendation of a family member. I suffered from depression/sadness/emptiness prior since February 2014. MooDelight is the best supplement I have ever tried for my depression - it wipes out every negative mood element without any intrusive or unwanted side-effects. It's truly a godsend, and has worked consistently well for 4 years ... until now.The formulation, or one of the ingredients, has clearly changed when I opened the most recent bottle. While some variation in color/smell is to be expected, the change is extraordinarily drastic. The color has always been light-to-medium brown, whereas the new color is now off-white/peach. In the picture I shared, the old/effective tablets are on the top whereas the new tablets are on the bottom.The smell has changed, with the old formulation having a distinct grassy smell that the new formula does not. The effects have also changed. I was recently feeling emotionally unstable, tearful, empty ... I didn't connect the dots until 3-4 days of taking the new bottle, when I realized this must be related to the MooDelight. Upon realizing this, I found an old bottle with a few tablets left and took 3; within 30 minutes I could feel my mood returning to normal. This absolutely confirmed that the new bottle has changed and is lacking a crucial element that the previous bottles have.I emailed ActiveHerb about this change on Monday (Feb. 28); it is now Wednesday (Mar. 2) and I have not heard back. Additionally, I left a review for the MooDelight product on ActiveHerb's website explaining my experience and it has not been published over 24 hours later. The lack of responsiveness and transparency is unfortunate and reprehensible.I cannot recommend this product until it returns to its previous formulation. Given the lack of communication from ActiveHerb, I do not have much faith that this will be able to be researched and resolved in a mutual manner to figure out what the change is. While a change in ingredient sourcing/formulation is forgivable, the lack of communication and attempt to assist their customers is not forgivable, and is counterproductive towards the goal of helping their customers' health and wellbeing.A fantastic formulation that drastically changed overnight and is no longer effective for me. Very unfortunate.I will keep digging/researching in an attempt to figure out what has changed and will update this review if/when I am able to isolate the ingredient or find an alternative formula that achieves similar results.
